Wow, such great service and such friendly technicians. I was so surprised how quickly they got someone out to assess and repair. My garage was fully repaired within 4 hours of making the first call. They were so friendly, I’m tempted to break my garage door just to have the pleasure of working with them again.

I trust Precision Garage as they have been are go to firm when we moved in 16 yrs ago. Called a few times over the yrs & taken care of nicely. I like there new s/up when u call they then advise you via email who will be the tech & a picture etc. Today the tech helped greatly, after 16 yrs the overhead door system was fried as of yesterday & I knew something was wrong big time. We purchased the door from Precision slightly more than a year ago.The seal at bottom when closed left a gap at one corner, then the door wasn’t closing without constant pressure on the button. The service person diagnosed all the problems explain how to deal with them and installed a thicker seal which we needed due other work in garage and serviced the door. He told us how to maintain the door. I was satisfied with this service wish the earlier installation had been better on the custom fitting and information front but very satisfied with product and this follow up .
