Samuel explained the potential causes of the overhead door disconnect from the driver checking them all. After adjusting the spring he left us with cleaning and lube instructions. We enjoyed having him here.

I had a great experience with David from the Precision Door Service Team of Portland. He serviced and repaired my garage door, and also replaced the old opener, which had a faulty sensor that couldn’t be fixed. David was incredibly professional, kind, and warm throughout the entire process. He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and even gave me discounts where he could. I really appreciated his honesty and efficiency. Highly recommend David and the team for any garage door needs!

We just moved into a new home when the garage door decided to stop opening, leaving our car stranded. Fortunately there was a sticker from Precision Door Service in the garage, so we called and got an immediate response. Yes, we could get service on a Sunday morning with no extra charge!! Jeffery came on time and was very clear about our options to repair the problem. He was knowledgable, professional, efficient and polite. We would call Precision again in a heartbeat if we needed further service.

Prompt response after I called for a repair to a broken garage door spring. On site quickly, determined what the problem was and the needed solution. Although I did not get a competitive bid, the price of repair and service seemed reasonable for the number of parts and the time taken to complete the repair. Very pleased with Jeffrey, the technician. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Quality work.

Colby is an asset to Precision Door. Called and spoke with me about coming earlier than our appointment. Examined the situation and provided a detailed breakdown and estimate, which was reasonable considering the age of the garage door. Proceeded to repair the door and it works perfectly! All repairs completed within two hours. Thank you for your professionalism. If I have any issues in the future I will definitely call you. Carl

Precision Door Service was recommended by Realtor Peggy Williams, who is helping me manage the sale of a relative's home. When this garage door emergency occurred, Peggy said she would call Precision Door Service immediately, and Jeffrey Powell-Jenkins was on the spot very soon afterward. Jeffrey explained the problem and the solution, and replaced the 27-year-old garage door opener. Many thanks!

Quick and efficient repair of openers not operating because of a large spider web blocking the signal lights! (I have limited sight due to AMD and could not see the web and would not have known to look for one!) Chuck went on to lube all the hinges which makes for a quieter door! Thank you PGD!

Chuck was here this morning to check out a problem with the LED light on my LiftMaster - he stuck with it until he could diagnose the exact issue, and then ordered the necessary part and will return when it comes in. I appreciated his good natured attitude and helpfulness. I'm glad I can rely on Precision Doors. Thanks, Chuck!

I am a do it yourself person and I managed to install the new garage door motor myself, but I was having issues with programming portion, and after re-reading the instructions several times, my wife told me to call Precision Garage Door. They had been to our house in 2021 to install a new door spring. I was able to get a technician named Colby to come over within two hours, he was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and had a good sense of humor too. He fixed the issue within 15 minutes. I am so grateful for Precision. Colby was awesome, he really knows the ins/outs for everything on garage doors, and takes pride in his job. It's really nice to know that there is a wonderful A++ business out there like Precision Garage Doors. Call them for ALL your garage door issues, you won't be disappointed. I am a VERY happy customer, thanks again.

Very quick response to my service request - I could not get the garage door open and my car was inside! I called the company who installed the door first. They said it would likely be over a week to get out and look at it. Precision was out and fixed the door within 2 hours. The cost to fix it was established after scoping the work and parts, and I thought the price was reasonable. Pete
