I was impressed by the time and patience Scott, a new and different service provider, gave me in solving a repeating two year rotation of rubber seal replacements to the bottom of my garage doors. Once diagnosed, he suggested I try his solution for a few weeks before we create more expense in a replacement at that time. He was back in three weeks. This is a sign of pride in his skill and compassion for the elderly. I applaud the company for their hiring insight and wish them well in the future.

Service was next day. They did a safety check and got to root cause of noise and door not closing issue. Changed one of my springs and install new tube all in warranty and I had to pay nothing.
