I was able to get the appointment right away. Hunter came to my house within an hour of calling precision door service. He was very courteous. He didn't mind putting a mask on my request. Much appreciated. He gave me detailed breakdown of what happened and what needs to be done to fix it with few options to choose from. After choosing the option he went at it and fixed the problem very quickly. It was nice to have Hunter fixing my garage door. Highly recommended.

I saw your ad in The Home Mag and then went to your website. I liked all of the 5 star reviews so I called and you were able to come out that same day to repair our broken garage door. Hunter did an excellent job of installing two new openers! He was personable, efficient and knowledgeable and went through everything with us. He even programmed our cars to the openers! Repeat customers for a reason. All around great (no delay) service every time we call for help. Our technician showed up thinking he was just fixing a broken spring and some basic maintenance on our over-sized garage door. He ended up staying for hours installing a really cool new opener and stayed even longer to help us program our cars to work with the new system. Not easy.
