Found Precision Door Service by searching online for garage door spring replacement services. Chatted with Cameron, then called to make an appointment. Service Tech called to verify details to me (a DIY guy). Joe called 30 minutes before he came to work on the door. He is friendly and explained each step, what was needed, what might be needed, and the price of each. He was in and out in an hour. The door works perfectly. All this was done in less than 36 hours. Nice to find good service with a smile and at a reasonable price.

Precision Door came out to look at a problem we were having and determined that it was caused by a faulty installation done 7 years ago. The technician worked to fix it for more than 2 hours and they only charged us for the service call. I was very impressed.

These guys were great! I needed a repair job on my house's older model automatic garage door, and wanted to get a tune-up on it too. This was a super professional experience the whole way through. Operator was really polite and got me scheduled for later same day. Joe I. was my service tech and he showed up exactly when he said he would, called to let me know he was on his way. He listened to me and looked at the problem area, presented me with 3 different types of tune-up that he could do and how much they would cost. Told me how long it would probably take and he got the work done within that time. Very nice guy, conscientious with mask-wearing and distancing, etc. I've got their card stapled to wall of my garage now. Will totally call them again if I ever need anymore help with my garage door/opener.

From my phone call to request someone to come out and all the way to the repair of my garage doors, I am so happy with how my experience was. Joe Igla was so helpful and took the time to explain different options for my garage doors. He was very professional and not to mention he was able to complete the job on the spot!
