We saw an ad on tv and remembered the name when looking for a different service company. They were very responsive in setting an appointment. Our service provider Marcus was extremely helpful and personable. 2 hours later we had a completely new system. New garage door motor, chain, keypad, and remotes. He took the time to reprogram our cars and extra remotes. We highly recommend Precision garage door service.

Tech was great! Very knowledgable and efficient and fixed the problem well. Pricing seems pretty high. No parts were required and it was $199 for 30 mins of labor on top of the service charge. So $400 / hour cost for labor seems high but that is the only negative.

Precision sent someone out quickly to come look at our garage door. Tim did an assessment of the problem, and then took his time to thoroughly explain each of the options for repair. He also took time to explain the mechanics of the door to help me understand the impacts of repair vs replacement. While I ultimately went with a repair on our garage door this time, Precision and Tim have earned our business for the future when we decide to replace the garage door opener.

I was told, by another company who came out to the house, that I needed a new garage door and that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery, before they could install it. I couldn’t wait that long, so I called Precision (after having read some reviews). My appointment was for the next morning. Andrew had my original garage door functioning smoothly and quietly in just over an hour. I chose to have my two overhead springs and broken cables replaced with a safer spring system installed on the wall, and replaced all ten rollers inside the original tracks. He also stabilized my wobbly tracks. Andrew was very professional and courteous. Awesome job!!! Very happy!!! I highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service!!!
