I had a broken door hinge to be replaced. Brad, the technician who arrived was very knowledgeable and professional and replaced not only the broken part but also investigated and diagnosed and fixed the root problem with the door installation that was causing the stress on the hinge in the first place. Really great job!

This is by far the best service I have ever received from ANY kind of professionals. Paul was timely, professional and yet personal. My brother saw your truck in his neighborhood and told me to call for an estimate. I had already called one company but called Precision to get a comparison. Precision was much less for the service visit and the technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me lots of pointers and fixed several things, including that awful screechy noise. Give them a try!

Precision's service is off the charts. I called for service around 7:30 AM and was told a repair rep would arrive between 8 to 10 AM. Travis called to say he was on the way at 9:15. arrived at 9:30, conducted a thorough assessment of all three doors, wrote up a fair priced estimate, and completed the work within an hour. In my book Precision gets 6 stars.

I was impressed by the response. Within 10 minutes of asking for an appointment, I was contacted and a service call was scheduled for 1 hour later. Nothing can put you off your stride faster than a garage door problem. When something fails, you need help immediately. That is why I call Precision Door Service. Always quick to respond, always up to the task at hand. Precision kept my 1995 unit working until yesterday! We both decided a new unit was in store. An hour later, the new unit was installed and life was good once again. My technician was fabulous. He made the job seem easy, and was very tidy as well. This is a good company!

Paul L. came right on time to reattach the cable to the spring. He was very pleasant to work with, immediately sized up the situation, and had it fixed within a half hour. He worked with the front office to get me a good price for the service as the garage door was still relatively new (installed less than three years before). All in all, it couldn't have been better. Precision tech came out the same day I called them. Travis was very professional and friendly. He explained in detail why my garage door got damaged. he repaired it so I did not need to replace a panel ( which was quite expensive.) also took extra time to fix my garage door opener. I was very impressed with his service. cost to repair was very reasonable.

This is the 2nd house that we needed to replace the door, opener, keypad and remotes. The estimator is very professional, well prepared and provided all options and quickly answered all my questions. The installation appointment was very soon, and the installer was very efficient. I missing component was quickly delivered to the house, barely affecting the installation time. Outstanding customer service. Very good product. Never a question on who to call for service.

I originally called because my door opener appeared to be causing the electrical breaker to flip. Precision door sent out Mr. Luke Dials and we found the problem was actually another item plugged into the same circuit. Mr. Dials inspected the entire installation which is over 30 years old. He recommended changing out the fraying cables and plastic rollers. Best of all he installed a key system that allows me to open the garage when the power is out! The price was fair and included a AARP deduction of 10%. I am very happy.

Wow. What great service. Your two guys, Paul & Bo came earlier than schedule, found the source that was obstructing my door from going up and down . Then fixed it , checked everything out ...charged me what was stated out in front. Then on their way. They were friendly and knew what they were doing. We have had Precision several other times. Hunter was terrific. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with my garage door which had stopped opening - a failed motor (20 years old). He was able to install the new motor, sensors, wall switch, and chain rail right away. He explained all elements and was very respectful and helpful in answering my questions.
