I called precision on Saturday, they offered to send someone the same day. The window was 8 to 10AM, but Shawn showed up at 8 AM on A Sunday quite impressive. He stated the repair would be finished in 4 hours, and it was . Shawn was very professional, and did a great job explaining things. Great service, and great product as well. I say give Shawn a raise he is a valuable and important asset to the company!! I will only use Precision Door from now on!! I am so happy wth my new improved garage door opener and system Improvement!!
