I originally called because my door opener appeared to be causing the electrical breaker to flip. Precision door sent out Mr. Luke Dials and we found the problem was actually another item plugged into the same circuit. Mr. Dials inspected the entire installation which is over 30 years old. He recommended changing out the fraying cables and plastic rollers. Best of all he installed a key system that allows me to open the garage when the power is out! The price was fair and included a AARP deduction of 10%. I am very happy.

Wow. What great service. Your two guys, Paul & Bo came earlier than schedule, found the source that was obstructing my door from going up and down . Then fixed it , checked everything out ...charged me what was stated out in front. Then on their way. They were friendly and knew what they were doing. We have had Precision several other times. When you find good people, you stick with them. Thank you.

Hunter was terrific. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with my garage door which had stopped opening - a failed motor (20 years old). He was able to install the new motor, sensors, wall switch, and chain rail right away. He explained all elements and was very respectful and helpful in answering my questions.

Saw your ad on internet. Travis showed up early(after calling) and replaced spring, coils and parts of the motor. He explained everything to me and gave me an estimate before starting. He did a great job!

I chose Precision because I have used them before and was very happy with the previous service provided. I had an immediate need and Hunter and Brad were here in 45 minutes of my call! They did a great job and I was so happy to have them here. They were especially courteous and very efficient. They installed a new motor and repaired several items. I'm VERY happy with the outcome!

5 Stars! Showed up on time, investigated all parts of door and then advised on a plan. They only fixed what was broken, but gave a heads up for possible future areas to watch. I have had them come out a few times for repairs the past and the technicians are kind and knowledgeable. Will call them again. Excellent! (Also enjoyed the tech's dog, very sweet!)

Sunday morning, I hit my door backing out my SUV. My rig was, miraculously, just scratched 2 inches. I'm the only one that can see it. My garage door? Bashed and jammed open. Precision responded immediately. Impact was 10:50am, Hunter was driving away from my house and the garage door was operating 12:25pm. This is the second emergency that I've had that Precision has come to my rescue. 2017 Feb. Minor ice storm, but still lost power on a Sat. Power back on, getting dark. Can't get door functioning for some reason? Tech shows up at 4:30pm and I'm open! Can get to the store! (I can drive in a little glaze, unlike most of the locals, but that's another story...) A great company with a great product. Hunter is a credit to you. Kim, too. Kudos!

We damaged our garage door opener mechanism when an electrical extension cord we draped over it for our Christmas lights got caught on it. We disconnected the door from the mechanism, but it wouldn't close all the way, and we were leaving town a couple of days later and needed it fixed. We reached Precision Door that same night, and they came out the following morning. They checked the door and repaired it, also checked the other door. They were very efficient, and reasonably priced, too!

Thanks to Nick for saving the day. Not only did he fix the door with new rollers, but safely replaced the lower roller bracket and cable attachment for our 45 year old door. Very professional! Quick to respond! Arrived on-time! Its clear to me that Nick is not the only gear in this motor; However, he was the guy who solved our problem.

Luke was AWESOME to work with and very thorough in his assessment of saving my "original" look of curb appeal keeping the wood and working a much smoother system. KUDOS to him, for sure. BONUS check should be in his hands for Christmas!!! Purchased all parts new = springs, rollers, cables, and re-alligned whole of door unit. Only old remaining is the drive and tracks system

PAUL called on us. Gave a quote & explained the product. We had another quote for less. He brought the quote to a more competitive level, not equal, but close for a little better door. He didn't want to give up. I liked the idea of a manufacturer from our Northwest area. We discussed the new motor. Ours wasn't dead yet, but my wife remembered the age--30 years old. We decided on the motor as well as the door. That makes for no surprises down the road. Paul was easy to work with, and I felt confidence in his presentation and product.

Full disclosure, I work for the HBA, but knowing they are a member gave me confidence that they would be a reputable company to work with, and they are. We had a garage door spring break on a late Friday night, and I called on Saturday morning to make an appointment to get it fixed. I wasn't expecting to get the spring fixed until the following week, but your customer service said no problem, we can get someone out there today. Joe arrived about a half an hour ahead of schedule. In addition to having the garage door springs replaced, we had Joe just do a complete service on both our large garage door and our smaller third bay door (replace rollers and bearings). Amazing what that did; the doors are super quite. No squeaking! Our neighbor found out we were having service done on our doors, and asked if Joe had time to look at their door (it wasn't closing properly). Joe made a quick phone call and was able to fit them into his schedule at the same time, and got their door fixed. Awesome company; I would highly recommend them!
