Precision Door recently replaced my original, wood garage door. Prior to this I had spoken with Paul B to figure out what door would best provide what I was looking for. Paul was extremely helpful in guiding me towards the right product and one that was within my budget. I was very happy with his professional approach CJ F was the person who installed the new door. Similarly, CJ's approach was professional and the quality of the installation was spot on. Both Paul and CJ were personable as well as professional and I was happy with my decision to hire Precision Door. I would recommend them to others in a heartbeat....

I started the chat at 8am on a Saturday asking for info, had a nice quick informative conversation and scheduled for 3pm same day for Travis to take a look. He was prompt, professional and even had time to do the required work to get us a new opener and all the fixes needed to feel safe and secure again. I selected Precision because they advertised same day service. The service was excellent! I was kept informed of the technician's expected time of arrival - a phone call advised me he'd be a little late due to the length of an earlier job, but in the event he showed up early in the time-frame promised. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional, giving an estimated time for the job and completing it very close to his estimate. The end result of his work makes me realize I should have had the door looked at along time ago - it now opens and closely really smoothly and noiselessly compared to the way it had been for quite some time. Should I need garage door service in the future I won't look anywhere else. As stated earlier, the service was ecellent.

My wife and I are not ready yet but getting estimates ,I called Precision Travis an estimator came over the next day ,we talked about some new doors and about parts and labor .Travis did his thing and took measurements and so on , a few minutes later he talked about all it would take and gave me an estimate .I'm pretty sure when we get ready we will go with Precision doors.

When we arrived home last night the garage door would not open. When we looked inside the garage we found a large broken spring and some loose cables. The broken spring made it impossible to open the door either with the opener or manually. I called Precision on Monday morning and they scheduled a noon appointment. They gave me a quote for 3 options and then they did an excellent job installing a new spring and cables right then. All completed by 2pm. I highly recommend them.

Brad, the technician was able to come out on the same day I called and even called me on his way telling me approximately what time he'd arrive. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it and had all the parts available which was a huge time-saver! The spring on my garage door broke suddenly, late one evening. I called Precision Door Service early the following morning and they were able to schedule service to replace the spring right away. Joe, the technician, called ahead to tell me he would arrive at about 9:00 am and was there right on time. I knew the costs up front and Joe was extremely polite and explained everything that needed to be done. I had done business with Precision 17 years previously and had been happy with the service then and I wasn't disappointed this time either.

Absolutely a 5 star business! We could not open our garage door on Sunday morning in the middle of Memorial Day weekend. Who to call? We found Precision's fantastic web page and called. Our call was answered by a live person and we were scheduled for a service call the same day. Amazing for a holiday weekend! A short time later the repairman called to inform us he was on his way. Our garage door was evaluated, we were given an explanation of the repair needed along with some suggested maintenance items. Our garage door was back in full operation by mid afternoon. From beginning to end we were very pleased with our decision to call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Fabulous customer service and excellent professional work! We highly recommend this business!
