I wish I would have called earlier. I’ve had a broken garage door that I thought would cost me $1000 plus dollars only to cost me $340 and they were at my house within a few hours of me calling. The service man was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure sale me. He showed me all my options which I appreciated.

Very impressed with their responsiveness. They were at my place within 20 minutes, and Paul was able to repair the detached railing in about a half an hour or so. I'd highly recommend their services to anybody.

Paul gave us wonderful service. Called ahead to see if he could come a half hour earlier than planned. We had family members try their hand at it, which was very dangerous and not according to manufacture’s instruction warnings: “Can cause serious injury or death” and “...must be made by a trained service person using proper tools and instructions” EXCELLENT!!! Call them first!!!

My garage door came down onto the cars bumper which messed up the door closing. I called at 8 AM and with in the hour there was a technician at my house. They made a suggestion that I replaced my old rollers. It was a no brainer to have my old rollers replaced. The price included the service call and adjustments. I saved over two dollars and my door is the quietest it’s ever been.

We have Marantec Garage Door Opener, with a lifetime warranty and Precision no longer sells their product. Almost once a year we have problems and it will not close or reverses itself when we think it closed only to find it open in the middle of the night. Today it was simply a loose wire in the terminal of the head unit. Stan was prepared to replace the head unit (for the second time) under the Marantec warranty. The last service call was about a month ago and the loose wire was not discovered. While we disagree slightly on the lifetime warranty coverage, Precision has been out promptly (usually same or next day), courteous and Stan Prosser the owner has even given our problem his personal attention. I would give five stars but for the number of calls and difference of opinion on labor coverage. Stan is a gentleman and a good businessman. He is very good to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision, but not the Marantec brand of opener. Precision has also gone above and beyond in the warranty service for the garage door itself. With this in mind, I just added the fifth star!

My garage door locked up on a Sunday evening. I called precision and they answered right away and scheduled me for 8 a.m. Monday morning. Incredibly prompt. The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable, and quite fast in making the necessary repairs. The door now works better than it ever has before.
