My garage door broke and I called Precision at 7:30am the next day. Andrew was at my house by 10am that very morning and installed a new opener and all new mechanics. Tim was our repair guy. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced! Our garage door spring broke over night and Friday morning the staff committed to having a repair tech out here on same day! That was fantastic. Tim called me in advance and said when he would arrive which was right on time. We discussed the problem he provide the quote and completed the repair timely! He showed up within a couple of hours of my phone call. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained the problem and provided me with some options including repair or replacement. I went to take my trash out, hit the opener and heard a pop. Door opened up, but when closing had a major failure. Called Precision and they came out the same afternoon. Andrew arrived earlier than quoted. After a quick inspection, he noted what failed and why. Turns out that the previous owner did this on the cheap. Everything now fixed and working as it should be. Luke was awesome...6 stars! He called and arrived shortly after 8am. He listened to the issues with our garage doors and then did an indepth evaluation of our doors, the motors, ect. When we discovered the issues he was upfront and transparent about the issues, pricing and time it would take to complete! Luke fixed our issues, updated our garage doors and I felt informed on what he fixed and how to maintain/problem solve going forward! It was a positive experience from booking an appointment to getting our garage doors in best working order. Will definitely recommend your company to my neighbors and friends!!
