Precision Door has been excellent. There may be cheaper places in town, but the care and quality they put into every interaction, like responding quickly to an emergency or trying to send the same person out each time, makes everything so much nicer. They also don’t try to upsell you things you don’t need. We’re very pleased.

They installed the door 8 yrs ago and have serviced it periodically since. Noticed a clunking noise and called. Next day response. Diagnosed the issue with a bearing plate. Had the plates in the service truck. 1 hour later a satisfied customer. Door works smooth as silk.

Very happy with this company. First, they got me scheduled within a day. The technician, Ted, was able to arrive just ahead of schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The issue we were having was a little unique because of the age of the garage door, but Ted was able to find a solution and it didn't break the bank. Great service, great communication, great reliability. Definitely will call again.

I went to take my trash out, hit the opener and heard a pop. Door opened up, but when closing had a major failure. Called Precision and they came out the same afternoon. Andrew arrived earlier than quoted. After a quick inspection, he noted what failed and why. Turns out that the previous owner did this on the cheap. Everything now fixed and working as it should be. Thank you Andrew and Precision. Highly recommended.
