I used this service in 2021 when my garage door broke and I thought it would need replacing. To my surprise they were able to repair it for under $300. So I called this year when I couldn't get the door opener to work right. The technician was very good at explaining what they would do and how they would fix it.

They installed the door 8 yrs ago and have serviced it periodically since. Noticed a clunking noise and called. Next day response. Diagnosed the issue with a bearing plate. Had the plates in the service truck. 1 hour later a satisfied customer. Door works smooth as silk.

Very happy with this company. First, they got me scheduled within a day. The technician, Ted, was able to arrive just ahead of schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The issue we were having was a little unique because of the age of the garage door, but Ted was able to find a solution and it didn't break the bank. My garage door broke and I called Precision at 7:30am the next day. Andrew was at my house by 10am that very morning and installed a new opener and all new mechanics.
