Quick response from Precision. Great repair man in Eric. Eric was on time and very professional. Besides replacing both springs on my door, he recommended new rollers and end bearings which were pretty worn out. And could have contributed to the spring on my door failing besides the age of them. Boy, you people are fast and efficient! With a broken spring, I called a little after eight and was told someone would be here a little after ten, which he was. Paul L. came and repaired the spring, put in new rollers on the side and bearings at my request and was gone before eleven. He left behind a door that was operating much more efficiently and QUIET!
