I had an opener installation with spring replacement and door repair. The technician was knowledgeable, and got the job done as described and in the amount of time he had estimated. He took the time to show me how everything worked and programmed the opener in my car. Overall we were very satisfied.

Precision sent someone out quickly to come look at our garage door. Tim did an assessment of the problem, and then took his time to thoroughly explain each of the options for repair. He also took time to explain the mechanics of the door to help me understand the impacts of repair vs replacement. While I ultimately went with a repair on our garage door this time, Precision and Tim have earned our business for the future when we decide to replace the garage door opener.

I was told, by another company who came out to the house, that I needed a new garage door and that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery, before they could install it. I couldn’t wait that long, so I called Precision (after having read some reviews). My appointment was for the next morning. Andrew had my original garage door functioning smoothly and quietly in just over an hour. I chose to have my two overhead springs and broken cables replaced with a safer spring system installed on the wall, and replaced all ten rollers inside the original tracks. He also stabilized my wobbly tracks. Andrew was very professional and courteous. Awesome job!!! Very happy!!! I highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service!!!

Wow, such great service and such friendly technicians. I was so surprised how quickly they got someone out to assess and repair. My garage was fully repaired within 4 hours of making the first call. I trust Precision Garage as they have been are go to firm when we moved in 16 yrs ago. Called a few times over the yrs & taken care of nicely. I like there new s/up when u call they then advise you via email who will be the tech & a picture etc. Today the tech helped greatly, after 16 yrs the overhead door system was fried as of yesterday & I knew something was wrong big time. Now I have a new updated garage door system & super pleased all in one day, cost effective & very helpful with a great resolution! Had to be done & promptly! We purchased the door from Precision slightly more than a year ago.The seal at bottom when closed left a gap at one corner, then the door wasn’t closing without constant pressure on the button. The service person diagnosed all the problems explain how to deal with them and installed a thicker seal which we needed due other work in garage and serviced the door. He told us how to maintain the door. I was satisfied with this service wish the earlier installation had been better on the custom fitting and information front but very satisfied with product and this follow up .
