What a positive experience! We'd been putting off the repair call because it just seemed like it was going to be a hassle and expensive--turns out it was neither! It was easy to schedule an appointment and Travis came out on time and was thoroughly professional and courteous during the entire visit. He fixed what immediately needed fixing and provided a clear estimate for potential future repairs without any pressure or heavy sales tactics. It was fast, easy, affordable and we are very pleased. Precision did a remarkable job from making an appointment to have a technician to service our broken door, and upon asking, to then show us how affordable it was to replace the doors and all the hardware! Luke (inital technician/salesman) was Excellent! Very friendly and professional. Respected the social distancing paramters set by the CDC and his company. Then Julia was excellent in contacting me to set up the installation date and go over pricing and answer all questions. Then Gary came and did an Exceptional job installing two Beautiful New Doors with all new hardware! After the job finished I paid the balance online but noticed an Oops on the invoice. I contacted Julia and she and the Owner Kim fixed the problem lickity-split! Talk about customer service! Phenominql service start to finish! Thank you precision Door Service!

My wife's car and garage door remote were stolen a week ago without recovery. Having used Precision in the past I sent them a message late Saturday morning. Within 30 minutes the office called and said Travis would be here within the hour! He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. In a short period of time he changed our code, linked a new remote, and my car. Plus he installed a surge protector and performed needed maintenance. We would give Precision 6 stars if we could....highest recommendation without reservation.

Very happy with my service experience. Not only did they answer the phone promptly when I called, the service rep was at the house in under 20 minutes and fixed the issue right away. Paul gave us wonderful service. Called ahead to see if he could come a half hour earlier than planned. We had family members try their hand at it, which was very dangerous and not according to manufacture’s instruction warnings: “Can cause serious injury or death” and “...must be made by a trained service person using proper tools and instructions” EXCELLENT!!! My garage door came down onto the cars bumper which messed up the door closing. I called at 8 AM and with in the hour there was a technician at my house. They made a suggestion that I replaced my old rollers. It was a no brainer to have my old rollers replaced. The price included the service call and adjustments. I saved over two dollars and my door is the quietest it’s ever been.
