Worker was excellent and professional. Explained well and listened to questions, then answered them fully and honestly. He is largely responsible for us buying a new door when technically it was not necessary at this time.

Our tech guy was awesome ! Explained everything !! I saw the Precision Door van in my neighborhood. I called others but they quoted $100 just to come to the house. I felt that kind of charge just screamed “we don’t want your business”. Where else would my garage door be if not at my house ?! Very happy for $20 coupon and only $50 to visit the house.

Did a google search and found a company with good P/R... had a comment on website "garage doors don't break during normal working hours". And they proved that garage doors DO get repaired during off hours, and within 4 hours.

Service Tech Tim was outstanding. He wasn’t pushy, he gave me a detailed no obligation quote on what needed to be done and what additionally could be done to upgrade a 25 year old garage door. I went with the complete replacement option and I’m glad I did. Much quieter and smoother operation that works perfectly. Thanks Tim, thanks Precision!
