This company cares about it’s customers. They show up on time, get right to work figuring out the issue, and then give you a couple options to choose from when possible. They then repair/replace what’s needed and are on their way. Great services!

Joe showed up exactly when he said he would. I described the problem to him. Within minutes we had a remedy, and the problem was quickly fixed. He also did a quick inspection of the garage door system, and made some recommendations that gave me options. It was quick, relatively inexpensive, and excellent service. I highly recommend Precision, and Joe in particular.

Quick response from Precision. Great repair man in Eric. Eric was on time and very professional. Besides replacing both springs on my door, he recommended new rollers and end bearings which were pretty worn out. And could have contributed to the spring on my door failing besides the age of them.
