We found Precision's ad on the web, called to explain that our car was trapped inside the garage due to a broken spring on the garage door. The repair truck pulled up soon after I called, and the repair was completed quickly. A Five-Star service.

First time was a repair/adjustment on my door and replace a door opener; the second time was to install a door for my daughter (physical layout of garage required three possible scenarios which I needed to run by my daughter for her preference.) Gary came out to look at bent panel and was able to make adjustment to get the door operating. Dont know how long it will work, if it fails down the road, I will have to buy a new door. Gary did a great job explaining all the options.

All my expectations were met and we received excellent service from technician Luke. He arrived within the time frame expected and completed the installation of a new garage door opener within a very short time frame. Since the device he replaced was very old Luke took the time to explain how all the new bells and whistles worked on the new opener. Very happy with the product and can’t say enough about Luke’s good work.....I recommend precision and if he is available ask for Luke to do the work.

We have had Precision service our door a few times. It is very quirky - big door, low ceiling, crooked floor. We had a disagreement about price on the most recent service in early 2018, and Stan was understanding and dealt with our concern in a straightforward and fair way. A test of a good business is how they deal with client concerns, and Precision passed the test well.

Took a shot in the dark and went with Precision based on professional and informative website. Had Precision install new garage doors in 2009. Did good job and will continue to use Precision. Luke explained to me it was the battery that was out in the pad. He changed it for me. He also lubricated the garage doors. Suggested they be done annually. He was very helpful!!

One mornng to my surprise I found my car stuck in the garage as the door would not go up more than a couple of inches. I call the office and they had someone out to the house in 3 hours. I really appreciated that they not only got to me so quickly but had the door repaired in just a few hours despite having to call for an extra tall ladder. Luke was awesome. Very professional and clear about what the door needed and why. While I hope I don't need to invest any more into the door I'll call Precision again if I do.

We have been a customer of Precision Garage Door for the last 5 years and they have been amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough. The first time we called them when our spring broke. The precision technician came and fixed the spring and we haven't had any issue with the spring since then. About two months ago our garage door became misaligned and we called precision again. Someone came and fixed it again and the door started to operate smoothly again, but misalignment happened just two months later, so we called them again. This time, not only they fixed the door but replaced the brackets, bearings, cables and bolts. They spent about two hours on the job and didn't charge me a dime for the service or the labor. Now that is called customer commitment. Precision guys are knowledgeable, customer-centric and each of the technicians we worked with are real gentlemen, so I feel pretty safe to call them home. Above all we recommend them highly and for our next garage door job we will call them.
