Our experience was 5?????+ Our garage door inconsistently stopped and also needed general maintenance service. We searched online for service. What sold us was, not only your high rating, Angie List, Home Advisor and lastly taking special concern for our safety by having your technicians picture online and the name in advance so we knew who was coming. We like that a lot. We appreciate knowing the technician name in advance with his picture on your site. Your consideration for our security is great. Our neighbors say they like that, too, and will use your company. Paul L. called that he was enroute to us from his last call w approximate arrival time pending traffic. He arrived early within the designated time window. Paul was respectful, friendly, professional, fun, thoughtful, patient and highly skilled. He asked questions, examined our doors, thoroughly explained the problem and discussed options. He helped us further by opening two stubborn remote units and installing new batteries. He worked efficiently, without delay or distraction, then double checked his work. We really like your weekend, 24/7 service option and discounts for seniors and military. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and technician Paul L. to our neighbors and friends. This is a maximum 5***** review!

We have had Precision service our door a few times. It is very quirky - big door, low ceiling, crooked floor. We had a disagreement about price on the most recent service in early 2018, and Stan was understanding and dealt with our concern in a straightforward and fair way. A test of a good business is how they deal with client concerns, and Precision passed the test well.

Took a shot in the dark and went with Precision based on professional and informative website. Turned out to be a good experience, from accommodating sales staff to professional and efficient technician (Luke). Don’t know if pricing was competitive but seemed within expectations and prompt service made it worthwhile. I would use again anytime needed.

Had Precision install new garage doors in 2009. Did good job and will continue to use Precision. Luke explained to me it was the battery that was out in the pad. He changed it for me. He also lubricated the garage doors. Suggested they be done annually. He was very helpful!!

One mornng to my surprise I found my car stuck in the garage as the door would not go up more than a couple of inches. I call the office and they had someone out to the house in 3 hours. I really appreciated that they not only got to me so quickly but had the door repaired in just a few hours despite having to call for an extra tall ladder. Luke was awesome. Very professional and clear about what the door needed and why. While I hope I don't need to invest any more into the door I'll call Precision again if I do.

We have been a customer of Precision Garage Door for the last 5 years and they have been amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough. The first time we called them when our spring broke. The precision technician came and fixed the spring and we haven't had any issue with the spring since then. About two months ago our garage door became misaligned and we called precision again. Someone came and fixed it again and the door started to operate smoothly again, but misalignment happened just two months later, so we called them again. This time, not only they fixed the door but replaced the brackets, bearings, cables and bolts. They spent about two hours on the job and didn't charge me a dime for the service or the labor. Now that is called customer commitment. Precision guys are knowledgeable, customer-centric and each of the technicians we worked with are real gentlemen, so I feel pretty safe to call them home. Above all we recommend them highly and for our next garage door job we will call them.

Called today with a challenge and they exceeded my expectations. Paul showed up on time and in short order, sized up the situation, provided an estimate for repair. He advised against replacing the existing door but repaired the hardware and replaced the aged springs. It works like a charm. A very happy customer here

We contacted Precision Door only because they were open on the weekend and our normal company was closed. Gary caught multiple issues that our normal maintenance company missed (multiple times). For example, painter's tape was still present on the cables from when the house was built: this extra friction and imbalance likely caused the problem that had us looking for an urgent repair. He replaced our springs and some other parts with much higher quality products. Our garage has never run smoother or quieter. Will definitely continue using this company.

The door looks great. The team came when expected, installed the door and opener and hauled away the 1964 original door. Now I have a new door and opener with remotes and sensors so no animals and grandchildren are injured.
