Nothing can put you off your stride faster than a garage door problem. When something fails, you need help immediately. That is why I call Precision Door Service. Precision tech came out the same day I called them. Travis was very professional and friendly. He explained in detail why my garage door got damaged. he repaired it so I did not need to replace a panel ( which was quite expensive.) also took extra time to fix my garage door opener. I was very impressed with his service. cost to repair was very reasonable.

This is the 2nd house that we needed to replace the door, opener, keypad and remotes. The estimator is very professional, well prepared and provided all options and quickly answered all my questions. The installation appointment was very soon, and the installer was very efficient. I missing component was quickly delivered to the house, barely affecting the installation time. I originally called because my door opener appeared to be causing the electrical breaker to flip. Precision door sent out Mr. Luke Dials and we found the problem was actually another item plugged into the same circuit. Mr. Dials inspected the entire installation which is over 30 years old. He recommended changing out the fraying cables and plastic rollers. Best of all he installed a key system that allows me to open the garage when the power is out! The price was fair and included a AARP deduction of 10%. I am very happy.

Hunter was terrific. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with my garage door which had stopped opening - a failed motor (20 years old). He was able to install the new motor, sensors, wall switch, and chain rail right away. He explained all elements and was very respectful and helpful in answering my questions.

5 Stars! Showed up on time, investigated all parts of door and then advised on a plan. They only fixed what was broken, but gave a heads up for possible future areas to watch. Sunday morning, I hit my door backing out my SUV. My rig was, miraculously, just scratched 2 inches. I'm the only one that can see it. My garage door? Bashed and jammed open. Precision responded immediately. Impact was 10:50am, Hunter was driving away from my house and the garage door was operating 12:25pm. This is the second emergency that I've had that Precision has come to my rescue. 2017 Feb. Minor ice storm, but still lost power on a Sat. Power back on, getting dark. Can't get door functioning for some reason? Tech shows up at 4:30pm and I'm open! Can get to the store! (I can drive in a little glaze, unlike most of the locals, but that's another story...) A great company with a great product. Hunter is a credit to you. Kim, too. Kudos!

We damaged our garage door opener mechanism when an electrical extension cord we draped over it for our Christmas lights got caught on it. We disconnected the door from the mechanism, but it wouldn't close all the way, and we were leaving town a couple of days later and needed it fixed. We reached Precision Door that same night, and they came out the following morning. They checked the door and repaired it, also checked the other door. They were very efficient, and reasonably priced, too!
