Nick did a fantastic job, including explaining everything to an "old" lady! Looks like a good upgrade and I feel safer knowing it will work well.

Precision Door recently replaced my original, wood garage door. Prior to this I had spoken with Paul B to figure out what door would best provide what I was looking for. Paul was extremely helpful in guiding me towards the right product and one that was within my budget. I was very happy with his professional approach CJ F was the person who installed the new door. Similarly, CJ's approach was professional and the quality of the installation was spot on. Both Paul and CJ were personable as well as professional and I was happy with my decision to hire Precision Door. I would recommend them to others in a heartbeat....

Hunter is a real gem. I wanted to get a garage door opener. Unfortunately, my garage is very old and there isn't enough room to install one. Hunter serviced my garage door and adjusted everything to make it easier to open. I highly recommend Precision. Thanks Hunter and office staff.

Did a groupon deal, and worked out great with Joe doing a friendly, and informative install of a new much needed opener that is now quiet, and smooth. Happy to have Joe and precision door for any future help. Thanks!

Thank you for doing such a terrific job on our garage door and providing such friendly service! I'm so happy you were able to come the same day that I called and helped with a few extras -- moving the buttons and checking our other opener.

I started the chat at 8am on a Saturday asking for info, had a nice quick informative conversation and scheduled for 3pm same day for Travis to take a look. He was prompt, professional and even had time to do the required work to get us a new opener and all the fixes needed to feel safe and secure again. Will recommend to his company to friends and family, they are top notch with customer service and product! Happy customers here :)

I selected Precision because they advertised same day service. The service was excellent! I was kept informed of the technician's expected time of arrival - a phone call advised me he'd be a little late due to the length of an earlier job, but in the event he showed up early in the time-frame promised. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional, giving an estimated time for the job and completing it very close to his estimate. The end result of his work makes me realize I should have had the door looked at along time ago - it now opens and closely really smoothly and noiselessly compared to the way it had been for quite some time. Should I need garage door service in the future I won't look anywhere else. As stated earlier, the service was ecellent.

When we arrived home last night the garage door would not open. When we looked inside the garage we found a large broken spring and some loose cables. The broken spring made it impossible to open the door either with the opener or manually. I called Precision on Monday morning and they scheduled a noon appointment. They gave me a quote for 3 options and then they did an excellent job installing a new spring and cables right then. All completed by 2pm. I highly recommend them.

We appreciated a timeline for our appointment. Hunter arrived on time and ready to resolve our problem. He was very clear in explaining the problem and gave us 3 options in different price ranges. We did not feel pressured and he did an excellent job with the pros and cons of each option. The work was done in a timely and professional manner.

Precision Door Service gets a 5-star rating from me! From the time I made the call about my broken garage door, I felt taken care of and already knew I'd be in good hands by the professionalism and helpfulness by Kim on the phone! Brad, the technician was able to come out on the same day I called and even called me on his way telling me approximately what time he'd arrive. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it and had all the parts available which was a huge time-saver! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing help with their current garage door or a new one!

The repairs to the broken door, and preventive maintenance on the 2nd door were done quickly and professionally. We're very happy with the prompt response, Luke's courteous demeanor and quality service provided. We highly recommend Precision Door Service.

The spring on my garage door broke suddenly, late one evening. I called Precision Door Service early the following morning and they were able to schedule service to replace the spring right away. Joe, the technician, called ahead to tell me he would arrive at about 9:00 am and was there right on time. I knew the costs up front and Joe was extremely polite and explained everything that needed to be done. I had done business with Precision 17 years previously and had been happy with the service then and I wasn't disappointed this time either.

The service performed was routine maintenance, not an option on your website. Luke notified me of his approximate time, was prompt, did the work quickly and well. Highly pleased.
