Precision stands behind their products and backs up their work. Sam was especially helpful and knowledgeable in the work that he did on our garage door. We will continue to use Precision whenever we need repairs and will certainly refer our friends and neighbors to them.

This is the second time I have used Precision for my garage door needs and highly recommend them. Both times they were able to get out to me next day (cars were trapped in garage) and did very efficient quality work at a reasonable price. Thank you!

I chose this company to fix my garage door. Then I moved and my new house had garage door problems. Once again this company rescued me with a product that works quietly and efficiently. No more struggling to get the door to open. The technician was great. He did not push me to buy a new product and presented all available options to me. If you need garage service then use this company!

We have used Precision on three occasions, one Sunday and one Saturday included. They arrived when they said they would, made the necessary repairs, and the charges were fair. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and took care of our latest issue (broken spring) and made a few suggestions on maintenance to help prolong the life of the door. When we have our next garage door issue (not for a good long while, I hope) we'll call Precision.

I had a broken torque master system. Precision came within 24 hours to assess the damage. No repair option but recommended two options to replace: 1) Lifetime warranty $699 2) 3 year warranty $350. Victor was pleasant and did not get defensive at my astonishment at the repair bid prices. I went with the lower priced option which was obviously better in all physical characteristics than the original one it replaced. I'm pleased with what I got.

This company is absolutely the best company I have ever dealt with. They are usually able to come within the hour. Their technicians are always professional and helpful. I was offered three options. I am soooo happy that I chose to replace the broken motor unit (not sure what it is called). The new unit is magnificent!! It is o quiet and smooth. Branden was efficient and helpful. I love this company!!!

I was thrilled to be able to get someone to come the same day that the spring broke. Alex was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure talking with him. He worked efficiently, cleaned up perfectly after finishing the job, and gave me good tips on keeping the door in good working order. Nice guy, and excellent service, though likely much higher priced than competitors.

I needed to have a torsion spring replaced. After finding the Precision web site, I felt that in addition to being a local business they also provided a quality spring that would last. Brad was the service technician assigned and would also give him 5 stars for his work performed. Without a doubt I would recommend Precision Door Service when you need a repair or replacement for your garage door.

I chose Precision because of the ad in Angie's List magazine. The 2 appointments I had with your staff were perfect. They showed up on time and behaved professionally. Even though I know very little about garage doors, they took time to explain my problems and their solutions. It's only been a week but I am fully satisfied with the products and the work performed. Thanks

We were very pleased with the service received from Precision. The service tech explained thoroughly how the door works and where to expect wear and tear. He was polite and professional. After the service our garage door runs smoother and quieter.

Brad did a great job. Got our door, which looked a mess, back in running order quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to be sure everything else related to the door was functioning properly. His attention to detail was excellent. Anytime you need a recommendation, please feel free to call or email. Thanks again for the prompt and efficient service! Terry Zolotoff

I have had two occasions to use Precision for my garage door needs. The first was 4 years ago when my old garage door decide come off the track. Precision came out and in a very short time replaced the door and it has operated very well since. The second time I required a small adjustment and they were able to send someone the very day I called. I am grateful for their prompt, professional service

Precision showed up on time unlike a competitor of theirs (Overhead Door of Portland) who the day before was to be at my home at 2:00 but showed up at 3:00, when I had a doctors appointment at 3:30. I did not allow Overhead to do any work. Precision's service was great at $69.95 when Overhead quoted me $225.00 to fix the same problem. And the door is like a new door now after the great job that Precision did. I will be using precision from now on. Not that other company in town.

I contacted Precision after searching Angies List. Branden called ahead of time and arrived on time. After assessing the problem, I decided to install a new opener. Branden did a great job with the installation and I am very happy with the new opener. Would not hesitate to use Precision again.

Sam Aiello, sales manager, came to our home in an attempt to remedy a small problem that another technician from Precision had been unable to fix during an earlier visit. Just as the first technician had done, Sam tried everything possible. It simply was not possible to address what really amounted to a minor irritation, nothing that impacted on the operation of the door. As he attempted to address the small problem in question, Sam performed a number of other maintenance tasks, all at no charge. I was very impressed with the strong service orientation of both men. I would call Precision Doors again anytime for a garage door problem. The organization serves with the utmost integrity and class.

The springs in our garage door broke late one evening and we could not open the garage door. My car was stuck in the garage so we where in a hurry to get it reparied. I saw the Precision Garage Door service van in our neighborhood the next morning and asked if they could look at our garage. They came over as soon as their job was done and had our garage repaired before lunch! They also inspected our door and opener and replaced the opener as well. Great company eager to provide quality service and customer satisfaction!
