Del was knowledgeable, timely, friendly, professional and made the pain of spending money on a new opener more bearable. He was also extremely patient with all of my questions. The garage door no longer sounds like a train wreck when it opens, and functions better than it ever has. Would definitely use this company again for future service or purchases.

A spring had broken on our garage door and both vehicles were stuck in the garage. I needed to get to work and called Precision Garage Door because the were local and rated well. In less than 30 minutes Mike was at the door ready to help. Mike did say this was a little quicker than average response time; things just worked out. In another 45 minutes the garage door was working with matching heavy duty springs. He also updated the cables, wheels and pullies so I would not find myself in the situation again any time soon. It was money I had not planned to spend - but based on the level of service it was well spent. I will add that the door now makes less noise in operation than when it was new.

Called for an appointment and Brad came out the same week to install a new garage door opener. I was told the benefits of several brands and left to choose the one that fit. Both the office and Brad called to say he would be a few minutes late. I'm impressed with their customer service. He did a safety inspection, and found I needed two new springs and cables for my door. He was very professional, polite, efficient, and friendly. Explained how to use everything and cleaned up afterwards. A little high-end price wise, but I would very highly recommend Precision if you want the job done right.

It was a great experience. Mike knew what he was doing, and there was no pressure to purchase additional products. He made some adjustments to the height of the opening so it would stop jumping off the chain. He explained what to look for if the springs broke. He replaced a burned out light bulb and explained to me why it had consistently gone out on me with the ones I had put in. He set my door opener on the mirror of my car. That has been soooooo nice to have.
