I rate Precision as a 5 star company!! I appreciated the security measure of Precision of including a photo of Travis in an email prior to his arrival! Very thoughtful! Travis was quiet spoken knowledgeable, and thorough with his assessment, explaining the 3 cost options for payment for the repairs! I appreciated the instructions for maintenance of the door! Thank you, Precision, for your excellence in service!

Very impressed with installer, very knowledgeable, but most important a very nice person. We are very pleased and cannot believe how quiet the belt drive runs.

No services performed, just great customer service! Called this morning requesting an evaluation and quote of replacement of existing garage doors and openers. In less than four hours. Sales Manager Paul was on site and schooling me in both products, my options, my costs and some peripheral considerations. Great individual, very personable and obviously very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed his time, professionalism and no pressure. He left me with quotes for ways to accomplish replacement and while we will need to make a decision as to how to proceed, Paul left an impression that will factor positively in the decision making process.

I called Precision late Friday afternoon, and within two hours a technician arrived, figured out the problem and gave me two options (repair or replace the 25 yr old garage door opener). We chose to replace the opener, which included new Chain rail, keypad and remotes. Thanks again, Hunter, for an excellent job!!!! I have used Precision since 2005, and never been disappointed with their high level of customer service, and quality workmanship.

Great job and same day service. The tech was scheduled to come to the house between noon and 2:00pm. He called and asked if coming earlier would be ok. Nice! Very professional. I'd recommend Precision to everybody.

We called late Friday night, and Nick came to fix our broken garage door spring Saturday afternoon. Nick was knowledgeable, personable, and prepared to make the repair. He worked quickly and kept us totally informed about what he found, what he needed to do, and what the expected outcome would be. When he finished repairing the spring he took the time to help us program a new garage door opener. We couldn’t’t be happier and will use this company again.

Luke was outstanding, such a delightfully nice young man. He took time to thoroughly explain how an automatic garage door opener works and what I was doing wrong which is why the door would not engage. He then explained that the door would not open because the senors were not functioning; he replaced both sensors and I am happy to say I have a fully operational garage door! I would definitely recommend Precision and will call them again when I need my garage door services. Thank you Luke!

Second time I have used Precision. They were awesome in terms of getting an appt. on a Saturday. The door repairman quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired a bracket and I was back in business. I strongly recommend Precision Door to repair any issues you may have with your garage door.

Luke called to let me know he was on his way and we talked about problem(s). He was the best! He took his time to explain all my options, fixed what was broken and made sure I understood how to operate everything manually (in case opener stopped working). He was extremely patient, polite and understanding. Great experience!
