David was right on time and thoroughly explained the whats and whys of what he felt our garage door needed in order to work smoothly again. Also went over some maintenance I could do to keep it performing well. I could tell he took pride in his work which was refreshing and I plan to use Precision if I ever need my garage door serviced again.

Our Tech guy, David Heath did a SUPERB job. We appreciated his willingness to help solve our "Mysterious Garage non-opening" situation. His was a great problem solver!!! Will only use Precision Garage Service of Portland, Oregon when we need garage door service.

It was just blind luck that we chose precision doors! When our garage door broke down just before Christmas I googled garage door repair near me and Precision Door was the first to come up. I took the time to read about them on their website and liked what I saw. I was really impressed when the service man showed up and was so knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Thank you....it was easy to schedule an appointment, The Tech David was great. He gave me plenty of details... that I do appreciate. After he made the repairs was so kind to explain the new things that he had replaced. Thank you again and you are most welcme to use my name as a recommendation. Cheers Judy

David Heath went beyond great service. He kept in contact with me since the initial installation to keep me informed on making the MyQ app work because I had trouble registering. Today he came over on his own time and set everything up, updated software and completed the job! I real appreciate good customer service! Will Barnett
