The Precision technician, Trey, was extremely professional and efficient. He explained the problem and offered several solutions, including the cost. Once the replacement opener had been selected, the installation went quickly and smoothly. Trey then explained the various options for the operation of the opener and assisted in the installation of the APP. The entire process took less than two hours and I am extremely pleased with the result.

Called on a Sunday at 1:15p, and the garage door was fixed by 3:15p. Both the phone associate, and the field technician, Trey Hornbuckle, were super courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Trey handled the safety inspection thoroughly and efficiently, gave us our repair options, worked quickly to resolve our issue and listened to our concerns. The broken spring and bearing plates were replaced and we were back up and running.

What do you do when your garage door opener fails, and both your cars are trapped inside? Late on a Friday? I'd suggest calling Precision Garage Door Service. Or heck, just use their online scheduling system, because that got us the service we needed, already by Saturday afternoon. Trey was excellent: polite, professional, and skillful. And all is good! We'll be sure to come back to them for other garage door maintenance needs, because they were there for us!
