He then proceeded to diagnose the problem I had while checking on the integrity of the twin garage doors. I knew they needed work and he confirmed that. We had been having some issues with our garage door not opening and closing right. I called Precision and they sent out a technician the same day. Our technician was Trey and he came right on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and did the safety inspection, lubricated the door and diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price. The safety eyes at the bottom of the door needed to be repositioned as the sun was affecting their ability to work together. I also had an issue with my older classic Mercedes garage door opener not working with the new garage door opener. If a vehicle is pre 2013 due to changes in how the signal operates it may be that I just have to use the hand opener which works fine. Trey promised a call back from one of their senior techs on this issue later today which is fine.

Service was next day. They did a safety check and got to root cause of noise and door not closing issue. Changed one of my springs and install new tube all in warranty and I had to pay nothing. Service was excellent and Trey the technician was fabulous. Customer service was above par and they resolved my issue and everything else above in under an hour!

I had an issue with my remote garage door opener and called on Sunday afternoon. From the time I scheduled an appointment to the time a representative arrived was approximately one hour. Just paid for the service charges $75.00 . The tech want to replace one panel for garage door for $1,400.00 which he said can't repair or replace new garage door for $2,800.00 . And will adjust a left loose cable for $285.00 more. Luckily I didn't fall on this trap. This morning one company came to repair the door, replaced the strut enforcer, replaced two cables, adjusted the door tension, replaced my new rollers for $450.00 .

I had called 2 others, but no one answered. I had a loud squeaking noise as the door moved up and down. Trey came on time and did a safety check and said the moving parts of the door were worn and needed to be replaced. He also checked the garage opener and said there was some wear on it, but I didn't want to replace it as it was newer than the door and rails. He was very professional and did a quick and good complete job. I'm very happy with the service and his knowledge. Our garage door spring broke Saturday evening, called Precision about 8 Sunday morning. Trey came out by 10 am, very professional and friendly! Door was repaired within the hour. Was surprised we could get anyone out on a Sunday, and so promptly! Excellent service!
