I googled Precision, and read some nice reviews. I called to make an appointment, and was able to get one for the very next day. I felt that Joe really showed integrity in being truthful about what was needed with my garage door opener. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. Joe (and apprentice Tim) did a thorough job, and now I have a garage door that opens and closes quietly and efficiently. Thank you for sending such kind and hard working folks to my home. Quick response from Precision. Great repair man in Eric. Eric was on time and very professional. Besides replacing both springs on my door, he recommended new rollers and end bearings which were pretty worn out. And could have contributed to the spring on my door failing besides the age of them. Boy, you people are fast and efficient! With a broken spring, I called a little after eight and was told someone would be here a little after ten, which he was. Paul L. came and repaired the spring, put in new rollers on the side and bearings at my request and was gone before eleven. He left behind a door that was operating much more efficiently and QUIET! Thank you so much.

What a positive experience! We'd been putting off the repair call because it just seemed like it was going to be a hassle and expensive--turns out it was neither! It was easy to schedule an appointment and Travis came out on time and was thoroughly professional and courteous during the entire visit. He fixed what immediately needed fixing and provided a clear estimate for potential future repairs without any pressure or heavy sales tactics. It was fast, easy, affordable and we are very pleased. Would definitely recommend to family & friends!

Precision did a remarkable job from making an appointment to have a technician to service our broken door, and upon asking, to then show us how affordable it was to replace the doors and all the hardware! Luke (inital technician/salesman) was Excellent! Very friendly and professional. Respected the social distancing paramters set by the CDC and his company. Then Julia was excellent in contacting me to set up the installation date and go over pricing and answer all questions. Then Gary came and did an Exceptional job installing two Beautiful New Doors with all new hardware! After the job finished I paid the balance online but noticed an Oops on the invoice. I contacted Julia and she and the Owner Kim fixed the problem lickity-split! Talk about customer service! Phenominql service start to finish! Thank you precision Door Service!

My wife's car and garage door remote were stolen a week ago without recovery. Having used Precision in the past I sent them a message late Saturday morning. Within 30 minutes the office called and said Travis would be here within the hour! He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. In a short period of time he changed our code, linked a new remote, and my car. Plus he installed a surge protector and performed needed maintenance. We would give Precision 6 stars if we could....highest recommendation without reservation.

Joe showed up exactly when he said he would. I described the problem to him. Within minutes we had a remedy, and the problem was quickly fixed. He also did a quick inspection of the garage door system, and made some recommendations that gave me options. It was quick, relatively inexpensive, and excellent service. I highly recommend Precision, and Joe in particular.
