Precision has serviced our old garage door for some time. Recently it would not close and they had a repairman, Chuck, out very quickly. He determined that some of the parts had worn out but it could be repaired. Chuck stayed several hours to be sure it would close for the night. He was very courteous and did a great job. Absolutely recommend Precision.

Precision was able to fix our garage door so quickly after we called. The repair man was very knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done was fully stocked with anything he needed for our repair. He left the garage the way he found it and didn’t leave any loose parts or cabling on the floor. I would highly recommend Precision!

Your technician could not have been more professional or nicer. He fixed our old 23 year old door and it works better than ever. He gave us a very precise estimation and several options as to how we could proceed with the repairs and then fixed all the problems. You are lucky to have such a young man in your employ.

The quote I got from the 24/7 support service was less than half of what the actual fee was. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable and provided great service, but I felt stuck having to choose between 3 options that were all more than double the quote from the call taker. I’m sure I got a good product but it did not feel like a truthful disclosure.

Precision did a great job getting my garage door operational again after a spring broke and some parts got bent and damaged. The technician presented me with several options, did a great job explaining everything and got parts installed and working again quickly. I'll definitely use them when I'm ready to upgrade my system.

I've used Precision before and have always been happy with their service and products. Today was no exception. Marcus was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, on time... the works! My opener is just starting to fail and has a little life left, so it won't be long before I contact them for a full replacement.

Our garage opener stopped working. We were able to get an appointment right away. Levi was a great technician and diagnosed the problem. Our old opener was over 20 year old and was beyond repair. We bought the same opener we bought for our other garage door and Levi was able to install it on the same say. Levi was very helpful in setting up the app on my phone that gives information every time the garage door is open or closed. He was very professional and curteous. I really appreciate the excellent service I received from Levi and Precision. Thanks!

QUOTE FOR INSTALLATION OF DOORS Eric came to quote on installing new doors -- was courteous and professional - knew his product well.. Notified me just before coming. He listened to what I may want and offered great suggestions. Explained about the quality of different doors. Liked the company for posting info about the person coming with a picture. All things seemed to be in order and up front and was very efficient. The quote was verbally suggested and within couple hours the hard copy came via e-mail ES

Thank you to Hunter & Stephen for your excellent work on my garage door. I appreciate your; being on time, explaining what was needed after the evaluation, answering my questions and showing me the service without any pressure. When the job was completed everything was clean. The 10 year warranty for parts is a big plus to what other companies offer.

I appreciated that we semi-"escalated" the appointment since I had invested $1000 for all new parts with a 10-year warranty in September 2023 which resulted in a "no charge fee" for today (normally with a warranty there is a base fee to pay). Luke had another technician with him, but Luke being one of the main trainers for Precision pointed out many flaws that were from the original installation and fixed issues that may or may not have been noticed (that should have been corrected?) back in September 2023. So got some answers to why the relapse happened but additional answers to why my garage system keeps "failing". Another discovery was how the track bar was rubbing against the top of the door itself due to the lower ceiling. I am glad there is a company that can take responsibility for their work, but also be professional to inform me of how the work of initial installation was completed and why the issues came about again. I think the project itself was more than ever anticipated, but I would honestly rather have Luke service all 20 of our garage units over the original installation company (unnamed) to help guarantee the work will last 15 to 20 years since it only has been 8 years. Showed how to properly apply lubricant spray to joints and pin areas of the rollers. Took additional time to fix the wall-mounted remote to fix the electrical line and secure it more properly to the wall.

Precision has been my go-to garage door repair company for decades both in Portland and Seattle. Appointments are scheduled promptly. The people that show up always seem to have all the equipment they need in order to fix what is wrong no matter what type of garage setup you may have. Today was no exception.

I had two technicians Luke and Steven who worked on my garage doors. One door had stopped working altogether. They replaced the springs and other parts on both doors and serviced them, gave me a 10-year guarantee on the parts. Luke was personable, explained everything that would be done, gave me a free can of garage door lubrication with instructions to lubricate 2 times a year. He also gave me a 10% senior discount which is so appreciated. They gave me excellent service and explanations. Thank you. Karen Bockelman
