David was great. He gave me several options. He never pressured me for anything. I choose to have the high end opinion because we use the door a lot. It was still less than half of what was spent only about year before for the same type of repair. Obviously I called because that failed. I now have a warranty on the work. I understood what was being done and why. The price for the quality was great and the service outstanding. I do hope it's at least 10 years from now; nevertheless, Precision is who I will call if needed. I am glade I called. All the 5 star reviews are deserved!

Found Precision Door Service by searching online for garage door spring replacement services. Chatted with Cameron, then called to make an appointment. Service Tech called to verify details to me (a DIY guy). Joe called 30 minutes before he came to work on the door. He is friendly and explained each step, what was needed, what might be needed, and the price of each. He was in and out in an hour. The door works perfectly. All this was done in less than 36 hours.
