I called Precision late Friday afternoon, and within two hours a technician arrived, figured out the problem and gave me two options (repair or replace the 25 yr old garage door opener). We chose to replace the opener, which included new Chain rail, keypad and remotes. Thanks again, Hunter, for an excellent job!!!! I have used Precision since 2005, and never been disappointed with their high level of customer service, and quality workmanship.

Great job and same day service. The tech was scheduled to come to the house between noon and 2:00pm. He called and asked if coming earlier would be ok. Nice! Very professional. I'd recommend Precision to everybody.

We called late Friday night, and Nick came to fix our broken garage door spring Saturday afternoon. Nick was knowledgeable, personable, and prepared to make the repair. He worked quickly and kept us totally informed about what he found, what he needed to do, and what the expected outcome would be. When he finished repairing the spring he took the time to help us program a new garage door opener. We couldn’t’t be happier and will use this company again.

Luke was outstanding, such a delightfully nice young man. He took time to thoroughly explain how an automatic garage door opener works and what I was doing wrong which is why the door would not engage. He then explained that the door would not open because the senors were not functioning; he replaced both sensors and I am happy to say I have a fully operational garage door! I would definitely recommend Precision and will call them again when I need my garage door services. Thank you Luke!

I called on a Monday morning and had a technician here by 1:30. He was quick to discover my problem (an easy fix) and mentioned the rollers were old making the motor work harder so I had him replace them.
