My garage door spring snapped and this was the 2nd time in 5 years. I decided to try Precision because I saw them in my neighborhood recently. I now understand why they have such great reviews. Service technician David Pla responded within two hours of when I placed my phone call. David was extremely professional. He explained to me that the company who had replaced my garage door had simply reused the old parts. This is why you pay a little more for expert service folks. David replaced the bearings, rollers, springs, lubed all moving parts, and attached wall mounts. The garage door sounds amazing now too. I know I'm due for a new motor soon and I will be using Precision for that as well. Super happy customer!

Excellent service. The Tech, David, observed immediately that Precision Door had previously serviced my door (maybe 15 years ago?) when the springs still had a lifetime warrantee. So he replaced the spring and lubed/adjusted my door and was all finished in about 30 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased.

Asked for a checkup and maintenance since this is a new home to us. Completely “put together” and knew it as soon as the guy opened his mouth. I was told I’d need to spend anywhere from $1000-$2000, depending on the level of repair I chose. Unneeded repair. The doors are only 6 years old. Sent him on his way and just paid $145 to a large competitor for an education on care and lesson on lubrication. Too bad for Precision if they’re paying their guys for unnecessary upselling. Can’ BS a BS’er.

I have used this company before and they were great - their customer service and technicians are the best. The spring on my garage door broke and they were able to get a technician out and the repair was done the same day. David was on time, friendly, respectful and did an excellent job. Our Tension spring broke in half on Saturday and we were unable to open the garage door. The following Monday it was completely fixed for a reasonable price. Hunter was the technician that fixed our door, he was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond. We have had many same day cancellations during the pandemic from companies doing appliance repairs, etc which left us in a bad spot for weeks at a time. This company definitely cares about their customers and I highly recommend them.

After attempting (and failing) on our own to troubleshoot what turned out to be some rather serious issues with our garage door, we decided to call Precision Door Service after reading reviews online. We described the issue to a Precision representative and a technician arrived at our home shortly after. Shane H. thoroughly examined the state of our garage door, identified the problem, and went over a few options with us. From beginning to end Shane was courteous, professional, and demonstrated the highest level of service as he was ultimately able to fix the issue we were having with the garage door spring and cables.
