Luke was fantastic! He gave me the option for him to either arrive at the agreed upon time or early. I happily accepted the early arrival. He was knowledgeable and had all the supplies he needed. He worked quickly and safely. I would recommend him and Precision Garage Door.

Called Precision Door late yesterday afternoon because door was missing a key bolt and was not operating properly. Precision was able to service my door first thing this morning! The technician, Hunter, had replaced the drive on my other door a year or so ago and had done a great job, so I was happy he was still on the job and showed up today to service my other door. He even checked the remotes and replaced a light bulb for me!!! Thank you to Precision Door and Hunter.

Paul was great, came to our house quickly, wasn't pushy on sales and even offered a current holiday discount we weren't aware of. We were willing to buy a new opener to go with the new door, but he assured us our current one would do the job for now, saving us hundreds. CJ installed our new in less than 2 hours, and it looks/works perfect. Will definitely be calling back for any maintenance, or when our old opener inevitably stops working in a few years.
