This is the second time we have used Precision service. Excellent both times! This time our garage door broke 2 days before going out of town, and I really appreciated being able to get it fixed in a hurry. Tim was great and showed me what was wrong and made sure that everything was fixed properly.

I choose Percision from the internet based mainly on proximity, plus a professional web page. The tech. is the reason for this reply. Brad was professional, knowledgable, and very personable. He gave me options, but didn't try to pressure. I took some, but not all. He turned a head-ache into a pleasurable experiance.

Someone in my neighborhood recommended Precision to me, I had a crooked garage door and since they are old I had an estimate to replace both of the doors....I called Precision to see if it would be worth it to repair instead of replace...they sent out Tim who was friendly, efficient and encouraging aout repairing the crooked door. He did the repair in just about an hour and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would call on Precision again if the need arises. Thanks for all your good service. Chris

I called Precision Garage Door for a problem I was having with my door opener (a Genie, not working) An appt was set and Gary was the tech that responded to my service request. Gary did his diagnosis and discovered that one of the main springs on the door was broken, and that one of my cables had dislodged itself from the spool and was frayed. We discussed my options for repair and replacement, and Gary was very knowledgeable while educating me as well as explainig my options. Ultimately I selected the option of replacing my door opender unit. More improtantly, I want you to know that I was very impressed with Gary

Unable to select more than one service & product. Actually had: replace springs, installl remoted & keypad & extra switch; prepair/replace rollers & cables. EXCELLENT JOB! Brad was GREAT- friendly, informative, very quick, instructional and even cleaned up after himself. Very pleasant. He is an excellent representative of your company and such a pleasure to experience. I have had Precision come out on two occassions and both times the service men were wonderful. Precision took care of the Garage Door broken spring as part of an overhaul of both doors. Both doors were 26/27 years old and needed updating. We had them install a super quiet gargage door opener too. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. They cleaned up nicely and walked us through the operation of the door and the garage door opener. We may invite them back to install the other door opener too.

Our garage door openers were not very good quality (already installed in the house when we moved in). They were malfunctioning (spontaneously opening and closing) when I called Precision. Jesse was quick to come out, within a couple of hours. It was great. He said it would be best to replace our garage openers. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought it was just a ploy to make money. However, after talking to Jesse and looking at our options it made sense. I was so happy that he had everything in the van, and had the time available, so that we could get it all done that day. He also helped me program my car with HomeLink and showed me how everything worked, answering all the questions I had. Jesse was very hard working and did a great job. The only constructive criticism I have is that he did a good job of cleaning up but I still had to pick up some staples and screw pieces after he left. Not a biggie though thinking of what he accomplished that day. Pretty minor. Overall we are very satisfied.

Cudos to Mike and your company. Mike did an amazing job with repairing our door with a new attachment that raises the door. (My big ooops) Mike came out to see the problem and I was amazed that he was able to repair the door at the same time. I can't begin to tell you how happy I was to hear those words, made my day, and my blessing for the day. He took the time to explain the workings of the door, also to explain the maintenance that needs to be done, we will be calling back to have this done as soon as we can. Mike is an asset to your company and devoted to doing a good job and leaving an excellent impression of himself and the company he is with. We need more people like him. Oh, my husband was looking thru the phone book for someone to call out, he looked at several different companies, then said, 'this one jumps out at me' I told him, then this is the one we call. Mike was very clear to what was wrong with the door and how to repair it and my options. You have a good employee working for you. My only issue would be the final price.. Really,if I had more time to shop around I would not accept paying that much ever... Prices way too high .

It was a very easy no hassle experience. I was able to get a very fast appointment and the installer called before hand and arrived in a timely manner. The installer came completely prepared with all the equipment needed to install two openers. He worked fast and cleaned up after the install and he even went that extra mile to tighten up all the screws on our garage doors. I would highly recommend this company to any friends looking for garage door opener repair or replacement.
