We have used Precision on three occasions, one Sunday and one Saturday included. They arrived when they said they would, made the necessary repairs, and the charges were fair. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and took care of our latest issue (broken spring) and made a few suggestions on maintenance to help prolong the life of the door. When we have our next garage door issue (not for a good long while, I hope) we'll call Precision.

I had a broken torque master system. Precision came within 24 hours to assess the damage. No repair option but recommended two options to replace: 1) Lifetime warranty $699 2) 3 year warranty $350. Victor was pleasant and did not get defensive at my astonishment at the repair bid prices. I went with the lower priced option which was obviously better in all physical characteristics than the original one it replaced. I'm pleased with what I got.

This company is absolutely the best company I have ever dealt with. They are usually able to come within the hour. Their technicians are always professional and helpful. I was offered three options. I am soooo happy that I chose to replace the broken motor unit (not sure what it is called). The new unit is magnificent!! It is o quiet and smooth. Branden was efficient and helpful. I was thrilled to be able to get someone to come the same day that the spring broke. Alex was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure talking with him. He worked efficiently, cleaned up perfectly after finishing the job, and gave me good tips on keeping the door in good working order. Precision showed up on time unlike a competitor of theirs (Overhead Door of Portland) who the day before was to be at my home at 2:00 but showed up at 3:00, when I had a doctors appointment at 3:30. I did not allow Overhead to do any work. Precision's service was great at $69.95 when Overhead quoted me $225.00 to fix the same problem. And the door is like a new door now after the great job that Precision did. I will be using precision from now on. Not that other company in town.

Sam Aiello, sales manager, came to our home in an attempt to remedy a small problem that another technician from Precision had been unable to fix during an earlier visit. Just as the first technician had done, Sam tried everything possible. It simply was not possible to address what really amounted to a minor irritation, nothing that impacted on the operation of the door. As he attempted to address the small problem in question, Sam performed a number of other maintenance tasks,all at no charge. I was very impressed with the strong service orientation of both men. I would call Precision Doors again anytime for a garage door problem. The organization serves with the utmost integrity and class.

The springs in our garage door broke late one evening and we could not open the garage door. My car was stuck in the garage so we where in a hurry to get it reparied. I saw the Precision Garage Door service van in our neighborhood the next morning and asked if they could look at our garage. They came over as soon as their job was done and had our garage repaired before lunch! They also inspected our door and opener and replaced the opener as well. Rebuild of the garage door included replacement of springs, cables and rollers and checkout of the whole system.
