What originally began as a repair to our springs and cables, turned into an overhaul of all moving parts to our door and 2 new motors. We had been putting off replacement of our 30 year old single motor/double door application for years. After meeting with Gary on a Sunday morning, we decided to just bite the bullet and finally take on this project and be done with our worries once and for all. We had to purchase the wall mounted LiftMaster motors due to our specific application, but we feel confident our garage door issues are behind us. I just wish new garage door motors were a more glamorous purchase!! We are extremely happy with our decision and recommend Precision for any garage door need.

A person was sent right out and even arrived early. He explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed and did it right while he was here. It is really nice for the door to work quietly and properly.

Brad rebuilt the spings, rollers, and installed a new opener. The work was done professionally and in a timely manor. Not having ever purchased this system, as any home I bought had the garage openers already installed, I was a little taken back by the cost. Other than that I was very satisfied. I just got lucky when I chose Precision from the Internet. I was so happy that someone could come out that same day! Tim was very helpful in explaining what he was going to do to make the door functional again and what I can do to keep it that way. Whenever I see a Precision truck in the area, I smile as I know that neighbor is getting excellent service too.

This is the second time we have used Precision service. Excellent both times! This time our garage door broke 2 days before going out of town, and I really appreciated being able to get it fixed in a hurry. Tim was great and showed me what was wrong and made sure that everything was fixed properly.

Someone in my neighborhood recommended Precision to me, I had a crooked garage door and since they are old I had an estimate to replace both of the doors....I called Precision to see if it would be worth it to repair instead of replace...they sent out Tim who was friendly, efficient and encouraging aout repairing the crooked door. He did the repair in just about an hour and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would call on Precision again if the need arises. Thanks for all your good service. Chris

I called Precision Garage Door for a problem I was having with my door opener (a Genie, not working) An appt was set and Gary was the tech that responded to my service request. Gary did his diagnosis and discovered that one of the main springs on the door was broken, and that one of my cables had dislodged itself from the spool and was frayed. We discussed my options for repair and replacement, and Gary was very knowledgeable while educating me as well as explainig my options. Ultimately I selected the option of replacing my door opender unit. More improtantly, I want you to know that I was very impressed with Gary

Unable to select more than one service & product. Actually had: replace springs, installl remoted & keypad & extra switch; prepair/replace rollers & cables. EXCELLENT JOB! Precision took care of the Garage Door broken spring as part of an overhaul of both doors. Both doors were 26/27 years old and needed updating. We had them install a super quiet gargage door opener too. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. They cleaned up nicely and walked us through the operation of the door and the garage door opener. We may invite them back to install the other door opener too.

Our garage door openers were not very good quality (already installed in the house when we moved in). They were malfunctioning (spontaneously opening and closing) when I called Precision. Jesse was quick to come out, within a couple of hours. It was great. He said it would be best to replace our garage openers. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought it was just a ploy to make money. However, after talking to Jesse and looking at our options it made sense. I was so happy that he had everything in the van, and had the time available, so that we could get it all done that day. He also helped me program my car with HomeLink and showed me how everything worked, answering all the questions I had. Jesse was very hard working and did a great job. The only constructive criticism I have is that he did a good job of cleaning up but I still had to pick up some staples and screw pieces after he left. Not a biggie though thinking of what he accomplished that day. Pretty minor. Overall we are very satisfied.

So far your company has installed a complete door, repaired our car garage door and installed a repair kit at our barn garage. Brad has always done a great job.
