Overall a good experience. They replaced my broken spring. The repairman was professional, courteous, and finished in a timely manner. Only complaint is the price seemed a little high, $350 for two springs. And that was with a $100 discount!

Tech is amazing! Same tech that installed the opener and he noticed a broken hinge. He replaced it quickly and reset the opener and educated me on how to do it in the future. Will always recommend this company for any garage door projects.

Wow! They’re not kidding when Precision Door claims same day service. The customer service is absolutely stellar!!! Both Luke and trainee were both on time and courteous.
