I had Precision replace broken springs and motor three years ago, and I called to ask for a check of a noisy door and intermittent failure of the openers. Joe arrived just when he said he would, and he quickly found that our problems were caused by a couple of my DUH lapses: blocked sensor lights, and dry hinges. He quickly fixed those, and he showed me what I needed to do to prevent them from recurring. Very friendly, helpful, and professional service.

I so appreciate working with Precision Door! Recently had lift system replaced. Had issues this week... out to service on time, no charge! Joe is professional, customer friendly! Makes the time to explain issues and options. Ended up replacing some parts to avoid future issues (door is over 20 years old). Joe worked quickly, cleaned up after himself. Unexpectedly trapped in my garage on the weekend due to broken spring. Thank goodness Precision was able to get to it same day on a Saturday.
