Tim & Brad replaced noisy rollers and installed an outside keypad. They were on time, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. This was my 2nd experience with Precision and their performance on the 1st was the reason I called again. Customer service is important to me and I highly recommend Precision!

Brad was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant He was on time, performed the work quickly and cleaned up before leaving. Prior to beginning, he thoroughly but swiftly assessed the garage door components and then explained what was needed to fix our problem and make the door safe. On the basis of his work and his customer relations skills, I would be confident in recommending Precision Door to anyone in need of your services.

I had a fantastic experience with Precision Door Service. The technicians were actually running ahead of schedule and gave a call to make sure it would be ok if they showed up early. The work was done quickly, and with great detail. The springs were replaced, the bearings were replaced, and a couple a ailing rollers were replaced for no extra charge. The best part is that all joints in the door were lubricated before they left, and our door has never been this quiet. All in all, I am very pleased with the experience, and I would certainly recommend Precision for any garrage door work.

We had two new garage door openers intalled, and had a new spring installed on one of the doors. It's like a brand new garage. Thank you to Dell for doing such a nice job. He was friendly, informative and we are very happy with the work and the products.

This was a follow up visit following a rebuild in January. Fortunately they found just some loose wired which they quickly repaired. They were efficient and pleasant to deal with, especially since the work was covered under the warranty.

Precision took care of the Garage Door broken spring as part of an overhaul of both doors. Both doors were 26/27 years old and needed updating. We had them install a super quiet gargage door opener too. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. They cleaned up nicely and walked us through the operation of the door and the garage door opener. We may invite them back to install the other door opener too.

Our garage door openers were not very good quality (already installed in the house when we moved in). They were malfunctioning (spontaneously opening and closing) when I called Precision. Jesse was quick to come out, within a couple of hours. It was great. He said it would be best to replace our garage openers. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought it was just a ploy to make money. However, after talking to Jesse and looking at our options it made sense. I was so happy that he had everything in the van, and had the time available, so that we could get it all done that day. He also helped me program my car with HomeLink and showed me how everything worked, answering all the questions I had. Jesse was very hard working and did a great job. The only constructive criticism I have is that he did a good job of cleaning up but I still had to pick up some staples and screw pieces after he left. Not a biggie though thinking of what he accomplished that day. Pretty minor. Overall we are very satisfied.

I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with your crew. Mike was so knowledgeable and helpful. As a single parent mother, I have been scammed before so I was a little wary but he was great!Lisa in the office also was very helpful when scheduling as the first tech that suppose to come out got hurt and we had to reschedule. Thanks for the great service!

One of our torsion springs broke on Sunday morning. We contacted Precision and they arranged to have someone come and fix it the same day. Del did a nice job of explaining everthing to us and we are 100% satisfied with his work. Our garage door is quite and smooth now which is an improvement in addition to the repair.

I received prompt, polite service from Precision. I chose them because their name was on the front of my phone book. I am very glad I did. They replaced by wornout remotes and repaired my door in very short order. THANK YOU.

Both the guys who came... Brad and I'm sorry I don't remember the other guys name... were good and even though it was something I probably could/should have fixed myself, it was nice to have someone who could just check out the door. We still have a big wooden garage door and we like it to run smoothly and Brad installed the opener in the first place.

Cudos to Mike and your company. Mike did an amazing job with repairing our door with a new attachment that raises the door. (My big ooops) Mike came out to see the problem and I was amazed that he was able to repair the door at the same time. I can't begin to tell you how happy I was to hear those words, made my day, and my blessing for the day. He took the time to explain the workings of the door, also to explain the maintenance that needs to be done, we will be calling back to have this done as soon as we can. Mike is an asset to your company and devoted to doing a good job and leaving an excellent impression of himself and the company he is with. We need more people like him. Oh, my husband was looking thru the phone book for someone to call out, he looked at several different companies, then said, 'this one jumps out at me' I told him, then this is the one we call. I'm happy we did. I will be your referral voice to my friends and family. Thank you much and big CUDOS to Mike. I look forward to his return to work on our door. Thank you all much. Lynda
