I was very pleased with the service and cost. Would have given 5 stars but the original technician called wanting to come over an hour late (not his fault, I realize). I needed to strongly request a different technician as I had taken leave from work and made appointment several days in advance. Thank you!

When our garage door started to act up I called Precision. I was greeted by Lisa who was understanding and helpful. She asked me a few questions to qualify my problem. She had me check to make sure the safety beams were aligned correctly. They were and she then scheduled a Tech to come out. Jesse called an hour early to verify the time and address and arrived a few minutes early. Once inside he asked me a series of questions and gave the equipment a close examination while trouble shooting the problem. He answered all my questions and explained each process and the function of each component. He was thorough in his troubleshooting and logical in his problem solving. It was not long till my garage door was up and down again with ease. Jesse was professional, courteous and engaging. From first call to the handshake goodbye it was as advertised. We first called Precision for a quote and although they were professional/knowledgeable they did not force us into a decision that day. We were able to make a decision and get the work done a few months later. They had kept all of their notes and did our work in less time than the original quote. We would highly recommend Precision.

Gary did all the right things for perfect customer service: called that he was on his way; arrived promptly; was courteous; give me some options and we agreed on the best one; had all the tools needed in his van; fixed the problem for a nominal fee; gave me some preventive maintenance hints and went on his way. And remember this was a 5-6 year old door. Very pleased.

We had obtained your services back in 2002, to fix a broken garage door spring, but we also had the garage door rollers replaced. Your services also included a checklist; oiling, bolt tightening, screws, basically ensuring that the garage door is in great operating condition. Our garage door worked flawlessly until 2011, due to broken springs. We solicited your services again to not only replacing the broken spring, also adding a 3rd spring for extending the life of the springs up to 20 years. Thank you for keeping our garage door in 'Precision' condition.

Ten-minute warning call before showing up right on time, quality installation, complete clean-up, set-up all the functions on our new controller, consise "training" on how to use our new opener, and very polite - couldn't be better. Tim & Brad replaced noisy rollers and installed an outside keypad. They were on time, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.
