The technician and quality of service was fine although I felt the cost was a little high. I didn't check on the price before hand so that maybe my fault. I was out of town at the time and my wife was not knowledgeable about the garage door mechanism.

My old creaky garage door has been transformed into a smooth quiet one! Jesse was awesome.I was scheduled for a service call between 3:30 and 4:30. He called at 3:15 to tell me he would arrive about 3:45; he did. He took me through a quick but thorough overview of my garage door and opener issue and then we settled on what work to do. He worked efficiently and I am extremely happy with the result.I chose Precision a couple of years ago for some work and called again because I was impressed then as well. Putting the sticker with the name and phone number above the push button in the garage is genius! I always know where to look for the phone number. Thanks for the terrific service. This is the second time we have used Precision service. Excellent both times! This time our garage door broke 2 days before going out of town, and I really appreciated being able to get it fixed in a hurry. Lets start by saying they aren't the cheapest out there, but having had several other vendors do some work at our home over the years let me simply say THEY ARE THE BEST, for the following reasons: thorough explaination of problems and solutions, not trying to sell the most expensive product, arriving on time, having fully stocked rigs, finishing in a timely fashion, LIFETIME GUARANTEED work and products. We had two new openers installed and a re-build on one door. I read their advertisement and was impressed by their nearly 5 star reccomendation, with nothing below a 4 star. I would heartily reccommend Precision and wouldn't hessitate to call them again should the need arise.

The spring broke on the garage door. Jesse was the tech that came out. He was on time, gave great service and suggestions,was honest,no pressure,explained things very well,He replaced the rollers and the spring. I love how quiet my door is now!! Our garage door opener broke. Precision was the third call to a service company. Everyone else said they couldn't get out to our home for a week. I didn't want to wait that long. After Jesse explained the cost of repairing our old opener versus a new one, we decided to replace the entire mechanism. Every time I open it, I am amazed at how quiet the new opener is. Jesse was very easy to work with and that is appreciated.

I had 2 garage doors re-built, and had 2 new automatic garage door openers replaced, by Tim & and another fellow. They were prompt, efficent, and very good about explaining everything they were doing, to me. Tim assured me that if I had any questions or problems to just give him a call. He promptly came back, that evening, to adjust a sensor, after putting new rubber trim on the bottom of the doors. The service was great! Thanks Tim!

Someone in my neighborhood recommended Precision to me, I had a crooked garage door and since they are old I had an estimate to replace both of the doors....I called Precision to see if it would be worth it to repair instead of replace...they sent out Tim who was friendly, efficient and encouraging aout repairing the crooked door. I called Precision Garage Door for a problem I was having with my door opener (a Genie, not working) An appt was set and Gary was the tech that responded to my service request. Gary did his diagnosis and discovered that one of the main springs on the door was broken, and that one of my cables had dislodged itself from the spool and was frayed. We discussed my options for repair and replacement, and Gary was very knowledgeable while educating me as well as explainig my options. Ultimately I selected the option of replacing my door opender unit. More improtantly, I want you to know that I was very impressed with Gary

We were concerned when we discovered a broken spring on our double garage door. I hadn't realized how many times we used the door each day, and needed to get it fixed in a hurry. Your scheduler was courteous and worked with me around a doctor's appt. to get someone here that same day. The technician checked in with me to say he was on his way but would be a little late, so I was not worried. He checked out the problem and gave us several options on repairs. He was courteous, worked quickly, but was sure to ask if we had any questions about the job. He responded to our questions about maintenance to keep the door in good working condition, and cleaned up all the used parts. We felt good about the quality of his work, and would be happy to recommend Precision to our friends.
