We started the day with a garage door that wouldn't open and ended up purchasing a package that essentially replaced all the hardware on our garage door (drums, spring, cable, rollers, etc). Some parts were necessary for the door to function and some were optional, but the package price was a good deal. Del also had to modify our door frame a little as a result of some warping that had occurred. In the end, our door lifts and lowers so quietly that from inside the house we can't even hear it rolling anymore. We received great service from a friendly, knowledgeable, informative technician. I was thoroughly pleased with the service. The first positive step was that Del called to tell me that he was running about 30 minutes late from the appointment time. I really appreciated knowing that! I knew that my garage door opener had died and that I'd have to get a new one. Del confirmed that, and explained the three options for new opener systems. He thoroughly described the advantages and disadvantages, etc., of each, so I had the information I needed to make a decision. I chose which model I wanted, and Del immediately began the installation. He explained what he was doing, the differences I'd notice with the new opener (compared to the 16-year-old one that had died), and gave me good tips about opener maintenance. He completed the installation, cleaned up every bit of the packing material, etc., and gave me a "tour" of the new system. Throughout, he was courteous, pleasant, helpful and efficient. I was totally satisfied with the work he did, and love my new opener already!

The spring on our garage door broke. Found your company in the phone book and had a $25 coupon. Service tech. was very knownlegable and made the repairs very quickly.

Brad was excellent. The bottom rubber seal that was replaced is currently too thick and doesn't match the rubber seal of the door next to it. However, I assume it will flatten out over time.

Del was very knowledgeable and did quality work. He came to replace the lower brackets, and talked me into getting new cables as well. He showed me where my existing cable on the left was starting to fray (which I missed) and identified why the bracket and cable were becoming worn. I put the Precision sticker he gave me over the one of the people who installed my garage door.

I wasn't surprised that I had an inferior garage door opener, but I was entirely satisfied that the Precision Door team knew what was best for me, provided an ideal solution to my problem, and did the work in a timely effective manner. I've always been a "middle-of-the-pack" consumer, but my technician convinced me that, though a lower-cost solution was an option, a higher priced package was going to be better for my needs. He did this without any pressure, and was extremely knowledgeable about my options (including their benefits and their drawbacks). I know my decision will mean I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY GARAGE DOOR, OR MY SAFETY AGAIN.
