This was a follow up visit following a rebuild in January. Fortunately they found just some loose wired which they quickly repaired. They were efficient and pleasant to deal with, especially since the work was covered under the warranty.

Precision took care of the Garage Door broken spring as part of an overhaul of both doors. Both doors were 26/27 years old and needed updating. We had them install a super quiet gargage door opener too. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. They cleaned up nicely and walked us through the operation of the door and the garage door opener. We may invite them back to install the other door opener too.

Our garage door openers were not very good quality (already installed in the house when we moved in). They were malfunctioning (spontaneously opening and closing) when I called Precision. Jesse was quick to come out, within a couple of hours. It was great. He said it would be best to replace our garage openers. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought it was just a ploy to make money. However, after talking to Jesse and looking at our options it made sense. I was so happy that he had everything in the van, and had the time available, so that we could get it all done that day. He also helped me program my car with HomeLink and showed me how everything worked, answering all the questions I had. Jesse was very hard working and did a great job. The only constructive criticism I have is that he did a good job of cleaning up but I still had to pick up some staples and screw pieces after he left. Not a biggie though thinking of what he accomplished that day. Pretty minor. Overall we are very satisfied.

One of our torsion springs broke on Sunday morning. We contacted Precision and they arranged to have someone come and fix it the same day. Del did a nice job of explaining everthing to us and we are 100% satisfied with his work. Our garage door is quite and smooth now which is an improvement in addition to the repair.

Both the guys who came... Brad and I'm sorry I don't remember the other guys name... were good and even though it was something I probably could/should have fixed myself, it was nice to have someone who could just check out the door. We still have a big wooden garage door and we like it to run smoothly and Brad installed the opener in the first place.

Cudos to Mike and your company. Mike did an amazing job with repairing our door with a new attachment that raises the door. (My big ooops) Mike came out to see the problem and I was amazed that he was able to repair the door at the same time. I can't begin to tell you how happy I was to hear those words, made my day, and my blessing for the day. He took the time to explain the workings of the door, also to explain the maintenance that needs to be done, we will be calling back to have this done as soon as we can. Mike is an asset to your company and devoted to doing a good job and leaving an excellent impression of himself and the company he is with. We need more people like him. Top notch crew. They did a great job. I would give 5 stars but do to some mix up on their end I was left sitting for an hour waiting for my appoint to only find out they had failed to schedule it properly. This was corrected the next day and the techs showed up on time and ready to get the job done. I had cables, rollers, springs, and drums replaced.

Mike was very clear to what was wrong with the door and how to repair it and my options. You have a good employee working for you. My only issue would be the final price.. Really,if I had more time to shop around I would not accept paying that much ever... Prices way too high .

I had to have someone come fix a broken spring. My technician, Brad, was running a little late but was very considerate in calling twice to give me an update of his estimated arrival time. After looking over my door, Brad took the time to explain to me my options and was not at all pressuring one way or the other. He was extremely knowledgeable when giving me the pros and cons of each and in the end I decide to go with their special door rebuild option. Brad worked fast but did a great job. My door works good as new and I appreciate the life time warranty showing they stand by their work!!

It was a very easy no hassle experience. I was able to get a very fast appointment and the installer called before hand and arrived in a timely manner. The installer came completely prepared with all the equipment needed to install two openers. He worked fast and cleaned up after the install and he even went that extra mile to tighten up all the screws on our garage doors. I would highly recommend this company to any friends looking for garage door opener repair or replacement.
