We had obtained your services back in 2002, to fix a broken garage door spring, but we also had the garage door rollers replaced. Your services also included a checklist; oiling, bolt tightening, screws, basically ensuring that the garage door is in great operating condition. Our garage door worked flawlessly until 2011, due to broken springs. We solicited your services again to not only replacing the broken spring, also adding a 3rd spring for extending the life of the springs up to 20 years. Thank you for keeping our garage door in 'Precision' condition.

Ten-minute warning call before showing up right on time, quality installation, complete clean-up, set-up all the functions on our new controller, consise "training" on how to use our new opener, and very polite - couldn't be better. I had a fantastic experience with Precision Door Service. The technicians were actually running ahead of schedule and gave a call to make sure it would be ok if they showed up early. The work was done quickly, and with great detail. The springs were replaced, the bearings were replaced, and a couple a ailing rollers were replaced for no extra charge. The best part is that all joints in the door were lubricated before they left, and our door has never been this quiet. All in all, I am very pleased with the experience, and I would certainly recommend Precision for any garrage door work.
