Replacing 41-year-old wood garage doors, after a spring unexpectedly broke, was a pleasant experience with no headaches. After researching garage door installers and selecting Precision, they verified that our research was correct. We ( my husband and I )purchased a Garage door, our appointment for the door to be installed was last saturday morning at 8 A.M. Gerry was very promt, friendly and professional. He had the door up and running with in 2 hours, it fits beautifully and true. When Gerry left you didn't know he had been there,(except for the new door) because he left everything as clean as when he got there. Gerry is a great asset to your company. Gary arrived approximately 1 1/2 hours after I called the office to request a service call. The spring was broken and the other moving parts were old and rusted. Gary replaced all the parts and adjusted the door for proper operation. Gary was professional and very pleasant. Thank you for the rapid response and excellent service.

At 7:30am I realized my garage door spring had broken. I could miss my trip to the gym but had to be out of the house no later than 9:30am. I called Precision and Samantha quickly helped me. She had Sam to my house by 8:15am. He changed the spring very quickly but informed me that my 30 year-old garage door needed new cables, rollers and other 'stuff'. They could get Jesse to my house that afternoon. I wasn't home when Jesse arrived or left but he did a great job. The total bill came to a little under $900 which seems like a lot of money for a silly garage door but it has a lifetime warranty. Sam was very professional and I felt comfortable taking his advice. My garage door is now much quieter and I have faith that if anything else goes wrong, they will come and fix it.

Jesse came to our house--explained what the problem was--the springs were shot. He said it would be expensive, but it comes with a life time warranty and why your company uses the springs and the rollers. He was able to fix it right there and within 2 hours he was done.

He gave me options of just fixing the spring or doing maintenance on the door. We elected for the garage door maintenance and the spring. What a difference in our garage door. What originally began as a repair to our springs and cables, turned into an overhaul of all moving parts to our door and 2 new motors. We had been putting off replacement of our 30 year old single motor/double door application for years. After meeting with Gary on a Sunday morning, we decided to just bite the bullet and finally take on this project and be done with our worries once and for all. We had to purchase the wall mounted LiftMaster motors due to our specific application, but we feel confident our garage door issues are behind us. I just wish new garage door motors were a more glamorous purchase!! We are extremely happy with our decision and recommend Precision for any garage door need.
