I got 5 different bids from different companies to do the doors. I chose Precision Door Service to do the work because I felt like I was getting more quality for my money. After I called them to tell them I had chose them to do the work, they came within a couple of days. Brian Buchholz was the installer and he was very professional and very helpful in acquainting me with my new doors and showing me how to operate everything. He showed up on time, and was always courteous and told me I could call anytime if I needed help. Precision Door Service has reasonable prices and high quality doors and service. My garage door was missing a roller and making a lot of noise as it went up and down. The technician advised me that the springs that had been previously installed were not correct and advised replacing those as well as the cables. Now my door operates much more smoothly and quietly and I feel better knowing that the proper parts are in place for its optimal operation.

We were impressed when Brad replaced our springs a couple years ago. Our old opener was wearing out and we needed new remotes anyway, so we got the top of the line belt-driven opener, rollers and keypad made by Liftmaster. What an incredible difference! And Brad, our technician, was polite, efficient and very helpful for us. We'll ask for him should we need further service in the future. Thank you Brad and Precision! You'll get word-of-mouth advertising from us, too!

I was on call as a chaplain and needed access to my car so I needed my garage fixed ASAP. Brad rebuilt the spings, rollers, and installed a new opener. The work was done professionally and in a timely manor. Not having ever purchased this system, as any home I bought had the garage openers already installed, I was a little taken back by the cost. Other than that I was very satisfied. The technician and quality of service was fine although I felt the cost was a little high. I didn't check on the price before hand so that maybe my fault. I was out of town at the time and my wife was not knowledgeable about the garage door mechanism.

Jesse did an excellent job of installing the new Liftmaster door opener and also adjusted the hight adjustment on the other door. He reset the remote opener codes per my request and cleaned up thoroughly. A very knowledgeable and hardworking young man whom I will be pleased to have back out when I get my doors rebuilt, something I could not afford at this time. Excellent service and support - thanks.

My old creaky garage door has been transformed into a smooth quiet one! Jesse was awesome.I was scheduled for a service call between 3:30 and 4:30. He called at 3:15 to tell me he would arrive about 3:45; he did. He took me through a quick but thorough overview of my garage door and opener issue and then we settled on what work to do. He worked efficiently and I am extremely happy with the result.I chose Precision a couple of years ago for some work and called again because I was impressed then as well. This is the second time we have used Precision service. Excellent both times! This time our garage door broke 2 days before going out of town, and I really appreciated being able to get it fixed in a hurry. Lets start by saying they aren't the cheapest out there, but having had several other vendors do some work at our home over the years let me simply say THEY ARE THE BEST, for the following reasons: thorough explaination of problems and solutions, not trying to sell the most expensive product, arriving on time, having fully stocked rigs, finishing in a timely fashion, LIFETIME GUARANTEED work and products. We had two new openers installed and a re-build on one door. I read their advertisement and was impressed by their nearly 5 star reccomendation, with nothing below a 4 star. I would heartily reccommend Precision and wouldn't hessitate to call them again should the need arise.

Our garage door opener broke. Precision was the third call to a service company. Everyone else said they couldn't get out to our home for a week. I didn't want to wait that long. After Jesse explained the cost of repairing our old opener versus a new one, we decided to replace the entire mechanism. Every time I open it, I am amazed at how quiet the new opener is. I had 2 garage doors re-built, and had 2 new automatic garage door openers replaced, by Tim & and another fellow. They were prompt, efficent, and very good about explaining everything they were doing, to me. Tim assured me that if I had any questions or problems to just give him a call.
