The technician Brad came over and checked out the problem with the garage door and seen that we had a broken spring,he looked at the rest of the door and the other spring and gave us a couple more options.he also told us how to get the life time warranty.with is what I would really like to have.he explained what would need to be done to have this warranty.and the cost wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.so I told him to go ahead and fix it.he did the job very fast and I'm more then happy.the last service guy that was fixing my garage door was using china parts and I had to have it fixed every two years.so now I have a life time warranty so happy.thank you precision.

Scheduled a service call with the dispatcher between 2 and 4pm Friday afternoon 11/20/15. Brad and Michael were at my home at 1:45pm, well ahead of schedule which I appreciated. They both introduced themselves to me and Michael quickly got to work on the door issue. One of the rollers was slipping off the track while the door is being opened. Michael ascertained the problem and promptly began repairing the track alignment. They were done in minutes and the door was opening and closing as it should. They both reminded me to occasionally keep the rollers, bearings, and spring lubricated. They even left me a spray can of the lubricant that they had brought. Finally, Brad prepared the service call receipt which I was able to sign and sent to my email address. Thank you, Brad and Michael for a great service call.

Serviceman Brad B. called ahead 15 minutes and arrived right on time. at 10am sharp.knowledgeable, knew his job, came for a tune-up, my remote did not work, he found a loose wire, changed out a light blub, repositioned the sensors, greased the track and door hinges. pleasant to talk with, excellent serviceman, I will ask for him next time I call for service. 6 stars for your company service and 6 stars for having a well trained serviceman employee. We choose Precision because they advertised 24/7 service and are accredited with Better Business Bureau. I called Precision at midnight, and was given a time frame of 11am to 1pm for the next day (Saturday). At 11am two servicemen arrived, they replaced the overhead door spring and replaced the rollers as agreed, and they were done in less than an hour. My husband and I were very satisfied with the promptness and service Precision gave us and highly recommend to anyone.

While the service cost more than I expected, Precision was able to work around my schedule on a Saturday morning. Our tech Brad arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job repairing our garage door. He needed to do some modifications that were not expected but still completed the job in an hour and I never realized an automatic garage door could open and close so quietly.

I had 3 broken rollers this time. about a year ago i replaced all the rollers with steel cheapies and they failed. Brad sold me on the nylon life time warranty rollers. He did some adjusting and repaired my motor light. All in less than 30 minutes. Great job. Very personable individual. I will recommend your company. Thank you.

We were so pleasantly surprise. When the Tech arrived he quickly assessed everything and gave us a number of options. What surprised us most was that he was ready to install our new opener right there on the spot. He estimated an hour and a half and it was almost exactly that. Brad was also a great guy. We have nothing but good things to say about the experience.

My garage door opener (remote) frequently stopped working, which was really frustrating. I finally called Precision and they came to my home the same day. Brad came and replaced my remotes and also lubed my garage door that was jerking on the way up. He was fast, polite, and didn't try to sell me anything extra.

Garage door repair. I think our tech was Brad. He was awesome!!! Brad came to my home on short notice because I couldn't get my garage door to close. He not only got it closed for me, but he showed me several techniques I could use in the future should I have that problem again. He also lubricated both doors, showed me how to do it myself in the future, and told me where I could go in my neighborhood to get the preferred product. Brad's professionalism and knowledge will certainly be a repeat customer in the future. Without reservation I recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

Brad B was very cordial and friendly. He identified the problem right away. Also, he helped set up my home link on my car. Although the return call was not immediate and the service call took a little longer than I had hoped, the professionalism and quality of the work and material have me convinced this is one of the best garage door companies in the area.
