Our garage door failed closed as we were headed out to a dinner engagement with our son and daughter-in-law. Our cars were trapped in the garage and they had to come pick us up. We called Precision Garage Door Service and they came the next day to completely replace all moving parts (springs, rollers, cables, remotes and key pad) and made the repair in under two hours. The technicians were very efficient and professional. We could not have been more pleased with the timeliness of the response and the quality of the work. We will recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone we know.

The springs, rollers and cables all gave out on my garage door. The Precision Team (Scott, along with another fellow who is still in training - I didn't catch his name) did a great job of assessing the needs, informing me of my options , and ultimately replacing the old broken parts with new, more solid parts. They were friendly and worked non-stop until the job was done. I would recommend them and call them back for other repairs or replacements in the future.
