I was impressed by the time and patience Scott, a new and different service provider, gave me in solving a repeating two year rotation of rubber seal replacements to the bottom of my garage doors. Once diagnosed, he suggested I try his solution for a few weeks before we create more expense in a replacement at that time. He was back in three weeks. This is a sign of pride in his skill and compassion for the elderly. I applaud the company for their hiring insight and wish them well in the future.

Called Precision when the spring broke on my garage. They gave me a quote over the phone when I called and had me scheduled within minutes, and then someone was at my house within in hour! I have used Precision on a few occasions now. The latest was for an issue I was having with the wall mounted garage door opener. I called and got an appointment for the next day. The technician got here and took a look and had it resolved in 15 minutes and let me know what he had done and he also did some other checks to make sure everything looked good. Great customer service and I would highly recommend them.

Today, years after my initial installation I received an email from Precision. I was informed that they would waive the inspection fee on my doors and fix minor issues. Today I had very professional technician Scott Kern out, and he got rid of a very loud clunk from my garage door while opening. He’s an incredible technician. Nobody else could figure it out. He found the issue immediately and the noise is gone! He also adjusted the settings as my safety reverse was not functioning. Now it is! On my other property, Scott rebuilt the entire garage door system with all new parts, and it is smooth as silk. Highly recommend Scott for all garage door needs!!!!
