Customer service over the phone to schedule appt was excellent. Service Technician (Brad) was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Garage door was fixed within 30 minutes with no uncomfortable up selling. Based on this experience, I will definitely contact Precision when service is needed and/or ready for new installation.

I called after hours after being imprisoned in my own garage by a broken spring. Kim answered the phone set me up to get it fixed. They repairman came by on time the next morning and fixed it. The door works beautifully, and I got a lifetime warranty on the work. Would use them again. Nice folk.

I had Precision fix a broken spring on a very heavy garage door. Brad, the technician that came out, was very professional, personable considerate, efficient. He took the old springs off, installed the new and was done in 20 minutes or so, all the time I was talking with him. He tuned up the door and pointed out that a few rollers needed replacing. I own a Jewelry store downtown and wanted to give a personal testimony for him and this company. I would use them again or recommend them in a heartbeat, very professional, very reasonable. 100% satisified. Mike.

My job required the old garage door to be taken down and a new one put up with a new opener. The job was probably more difficult than usual, as the door to be taken down was a single piece and didn't open. Brian showed up early, assessed the situation, and handled the job himself, very professionally. Additionally, there was nothing straight/square about my garage and presented unusual challenges. Technician arrived on time, explained his work clearly.He was comfortable with me observing his work and gave respectful concrete answers to my questions. He set up the door opener so the remotes all worked the first time,as well as showing me how each worked including the door number pad.He also realigned the previous opener as it was not centered correctly..The opener is so nice and quiet as well as moving very smoothly..The exterior looks nice ,would have appreciated a little more caulking on the framing to have a smooth surface before I painted. Otherwise did an excellent job..

I thought I had a major problem. The arm of the automatic door opener was pulled completely off the garage door because a painter had inadvertantly sprayed paint between the door and the seals when he painted it! Thinking that I had ruined the door, and maybe damaged the opener, I called Precision the next morning. Within 30 minutes they were at my house, and with 45 minutes the repair person had calmed me down and quickly repaired the door. Very impressed and relieved!!
