This company is absolutely the best company I have ever dealt with. They are usually able to come within the hour. Their technicians are always professional and helpful. I was offered three options. I am soooo happy that I chose to replace the broken motor unit (not sure what it is called). The new unit is magnificent!! It is o quiet and smooth. Branden was efficient and helpful. He rebuilt both our original wood doors and they probably work better now than they did 40 years ago when they were new! My experience with Precision was awesome. My garage door broke on a Sunday evening before a National Holiday. Precision had someone at my house the next day at 8:20 am. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and explained each step of the process. While the price was on the high side, you also get what you pay for. I would suggest PDS to anyone in need of fast reliable service. The absolutely deserve a 5 star rating.

The 25yr. old garage door opener had to be replaced. I went to Google and chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We made an appointment for Monday, but in the afternoon I received a call asking if I would have it done on Sunday. Their service charges are the same for all days. The young man showed up exactly on time. He spent about 2 hrs. replacing the opener. Afterwards, the opener worked perfectly and has continued to do so. The only problem I encountered on this was the price I was quoted by their sales office was different than what reality was. Yes, I would recommend their service to friends.

I called Precision door just after 7am in the morning as I had backed out and bumped into my garage door when they were closed. The door wouldln't close again. When I called the dispatcher said that Brad would be out by 11. He finished his previous job and said he could come a little early. Great! We've had Brad out before when he fixed a broken garage door spring. He is efficient, kind, a good listener, and very knowledgable. He fixed up the alignment of our door within 20 minutes or so. I also had him replace a bulb in the light on the opener, and put a new code pad on the outside of the garage as the buttons on our old weren't working well. The price was so reasonable and I wouldn't call anybody else. I always know that we will be taken care of in an efficient and professional manner. Thank you so much for your good service. It's nice to know that we can have complete confidence in a company; their products, their people and their work.

I needed to have a torsion spring replaced. After finding the Precision web site, I felt that in addition to being a local business they also provided a quality spring that would last.
