Frantic - as we were unable to open the garage door (to get to work), these folks went above and beyond to get a tech out to our place as soon as possible. Great quality garage door. The installation by Gerry and his assistant was excellent. There was a problem with the door, Cracked glass. They returned and replaced the panel. I am glad I chose precision.

The technician was a few minutes late due to traffic-but had given us a courtesy call to let us know. He kept us informed about what he was doing and the need for an extra maintenance issue that could cause a problem. He was friendly and knew what he was doing.

First time with a Garage Door problem. Broken spring. I got great service. Brad installed the spring quickly, but then took extra time to make sure the door was operating smoothly. Not sure why, but what was a sqeaky door opening is now quiet. I watched everything he did and he was very efficent. My three doors are all 20 years old, so i will probably be calling soon for some more service. Highly recommended.

Our garage door spring broke on a Friday evening. Luckily, both our cars were out of the garage. I called 2 companies that I found on Angie's List. Precision called me back that Friday night. I never did get a call from the other company. Nathan was courteous and knowledgeable, and recommended replacing not only the broken spring, but also the other intact spring as well as the rollers and cables. The house and garage door is 12 years old. We will never again have to pay for this garage door to be serviced, as it now has a lifetime guarantee as long as we live here.

These guys did a great job. Paul was my salesman - he was professional, responded to my correspondence quickly, made sure that I got exactly what I wanted, and came over a number of times before the installation to answer questions I had about the design, install etc. I've managed 7 large construction projects over the last 8 years and have unfortunately had a number of really disappointing experices with contractors. My experience with Paul on the other hand was extrememly satisfactory. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and again. Thanks again Paul for your great service!

I found Precision Door Service on Angie's List and engaged them to replace a garage door and several interior doors, as well. The technicians (there were several, and separate ones for garage/interior) gave me all the information I needed to choose the doors I wanted and they were very easy to work with, accommodating my rather hectic travel schedule. After installation, there were a couple of little glitches and I was pleased that the owner, Stan, actually called me on a Sunday afternoon to schedule a follow-up in order to completely fix the issues. I would recommend Precision Doors highly, especially because of the excellent customer service. It was clear that their professional reputation means everything to the owners of this company and no detail is too small to notice.

Great customer service. I had a broken spring. My garage door was almost 30 years old and not in great shape. I asked about replacement vs. repair. They said both options would work. Choose the replacement -standard steel door and I'm very pleased. Installation was fast, professional, and displayed many years of experience. The insulated door makes a difference.
