Came on time. Knowledgeable technician. Fixed the problem (broken spring) quickly and rectified an original installation issue. They used powder coated spring. They noticed the torsion spring bearing was failing and replaced that. Nice company but the nature of their work probably means repeat business is unlikely (they work themselves out of a job). Should I need a new garage door opener thought I would definitely go with them.

Very pleased with Precision, from the estimate to the install the whole process was extremely professional. I appreciated the conformation process for the estimate and install. The installer, Billy came on time and had every thing he needed to perform his job. He cleaned up after himself and hauled the old door and parts away. The estimator, Paul was right on time and took the effort to explain what I needed and the costs that were involved. Everything went according to plan. I would highly recommend your company to anyone in the market for a new door. Thank you and your crew for a job well done.

Branden was very good at explaining what was wrong with our old garage door opener as well as the service which was needed on the existing door.We replaced the opener and basically had the entire door rebuilt. After all the work was done we were amazed at just how smooth and quiet the new set up was. The job was neatly and professionally done. We are very pleased with the results.

Luke was very competent and explained all the aspects of my garage door parts, without any pressure to buy new ones. I decided to upgrade with all new springs and moving parts. He came the same day I called for service, very important to me because I needed to be able to get my car in and out of the garage. The basic problem was a broken spring.Luke was very professional and personable and a good representative of Precision Door.

Hi, Just wanted to let you know that Luke did an excellent job. He called a little early saying he could meet me sooner if i able to. He was on time and when what was going on with the remotes, he listened carefully and knew exactly what i needed. He got straight to work, was professional, efficient and even gladly let my golden retriever lean on him for a "hello". To my surprise, when i opened up the garage door it was much more quiet then before. He must have done something a little extra without even saying so. This is awesome service. Will always use Precision for our door needs. Thanks so much.

We had an accidental collision with the garage door and were in urgent need of some help. After failing to arrange a timely response from two door repair firms, I did a Google and found Precision. They had a technician (Jesse) here within hours and he was he was able to restore the door the same day. We were extremely pleased with the service from the office and also the technician who was pleasant, efficient and competent. We are certain that we will contact Precision for our future door needs.

Very impressed! I was told by two other garage door companies that the space was not sufficient for a garage door opener. Luke showed up and not only fixed a broken spring the same day, but he worked out a plan using his resources (co-worker who stopped by at the end of his shift to look) to install a garage door opener as well. My wife and I are VERY happy with the install and Luke made this happen with his knowledge, team partnership and a smile the entire time. It is very nice to see a company (Precision) hiring good people who never say no to a challenge! We recommend Precision. Thank you again!

Aaron of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was great and gave me all my options on how to fix the problem with my garage door. My garage door broke and in the same day, within a few hours, Aaron came to my house and fixed it. He was very helpful and performed the work fast and right the first time. I will definitely be using them again for my garage door needs.

Most companies pledge excellent service, but yours actually delivered. I was very impressed with Aaron's call prior to his arrival, asking a few trouble-shooting questions so as to potentially avoid a service charge if a phone consultation could solve the problem. Upon his arrival he was personable, thorough, instructive. We lucked out, as we picked you off the Internet. And I hope it goes without saying you'll be our one and only choice should problems develop in the future. Note: please do not list our e-mail if you post this on the website.

I was very pleased with the service. Kevin showed up right at the scheduled time of 9 A.M. He did a thorough inspection of the door and told me what he thought should be done, gave me an estimate, and then replaced the broken springs, replaced the cables with a much sturdier set, realigned the door sensors, and moved the door strut up to the top of the garage door where it should have been placed when it was originally installed. Heck, he even set the time on my door opener wall control. He then gave me recommendations on yearly maintenance and asked if I had any final questions. Thanks very much for the prompt and speedy service.

Precision Door lived up to their advertising. The spring broke on our garage door one Sunday afternoon with our vehicle inside. There was no way to lift the door to get it out. I just assumed that no one would come out on a Sunday to fix it. However, when I got around to checking out door repair companies later that night, Precision's advertisement immediately caught my eye with its 24/7 service. I was just sorry I hadn't called them earlier in the day because by the time I finally looked them up, I was ready for bed myself. Before I ahut the lights out for the night though, I called their 24/7 dispatch and set up an appointment for the next day for noon. The next day I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from their repairman, Aaron, to tell me he would be at our house right on time at noon, and he was there at exactly that time. He was professional, courteous, and gave us an estimate of exactly what he recommended being done. Not only did he replace our spring, but we decided to have all worn parts fixed also. He was quick, accurate and again very professional in his service. In addition, all replaced parts have a lifetime warranty. He made sure also that we saw the parts he replaced and showed us where they were worn and on the way to possibly breaking. The parts were those of the original garage door, and they were not of the same quality as those that Precision replaced them with. We are convinced that the improved parts now operating our door will make it operational for many more years. I would definitely recommend Precision again to anyone needing garage door services and will call them again in future if I have any other problems. I don't think I'll have anymore repairs on the garage door in the near future, but I might someday need my opener serviced. I will definitely keep them in mind for that service too. So if you are looking for a quality garage door service, call Precision. You won't regret it.

A spring on our door broke last Friday. I explained to the lady answering my call that we had a bridal shower Saturday, and needed help as early as possible. Aaron called at 7:30 and arrived at 8 a.m. He was friendly and helpful; and he made the repair quickly and professionally. He turned a problem into a great experience for us. We commend you and your employees. They are an exceptional group, and we will gladly recommend your services to others.

Precision is a very professional organization, starting with the initial, introductory e-mail, promptness and comprehensive presentation of information by Paul (estimator), on through to the courteous personality and skilled workmanship of Adam (installer). The pricing to replace my garage door was a good value, compared to competitors price quotes. I would highly recommend Precision.
