Excellent job. Thank you very much for providing an excellent customer service. Branden did a really good job and gave me very good recommendation to what is needed to be done in few years to my garage door.

I would give Precision a 5-star rating if the price would have been more reasonable. I was given an estimate over the phone by Ponderosa Garage Doors for $450. Precision was almost double the price. The only reason I went with Precision was the lifetime warranty. Ponderosa's warranty was something like 2-3 years. Precision did excellent work, and the garage door works perfectly now. It's nice to know I won't have that to worry about any longer.

I saw their advertisement in the Oregonian and since my automatic opener was not functional, I thought I would give them a call. I am sure glad I did. The technician was named Aaron. I thought he did an outstanding job on my garage door. He is truly a craftsman. With the installation of a new motor, a weather strip (That I had asked for) and a tune up and inspection, the door works better than it ever has since I bought my house 6 years ago. Well worth the price. Kudos to Aaron and the rest of the Precision crew.

One of the springs to my garage door broke Friday afternoon, the beginning of the Memorial Day weekend. Thinking I had to wait till Tuesday to get it repaired,I was pleasantly surprised that a service tech was available late morning on Saturday. Aaron not only replaced both springs, but he also made some minor adjustments to the door free of charge. I would certainly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs!:)

I have only positive things to say about my experience with Precision door. My old door was falling apart and I needed to have it looked at. I agreed with Paul's assessment that it should be replaced. I thought the price was fair so I ordered a new door and after a short wait, Jess came out (arrived early) and did a masterful job of installing the new door. He was meticulous in his work and I am extremely pleased with the finished product! He did a very good cleanup too! No hesitation in recommending this company and their professionalism! Sincerely, TOM Norton

Aaron was fabulous. He did a great job and made sure everything worked properly before he left. I have tried several garage door companies and have had very bad experiences. Because of Aaron you have a customer for life!

Brad B was very cordial and friendly. He identified the problem right away. Also, he helped set up my home link on my car. I had tried to set it up, but I could not get it to work, so I never used it. I will definitely call Precision Doors for any problems or replacement I encounter with my garage door or opener!

Although the return call was not immediate and the service call took a little longer than I had hoped, the professionalism and quality of the work and material have me convinced this is one of the best garage door companies in the area. We are moving in a few months and they will be my only call to replace the garage door and opener in our future home.

Great Experience!! Same day service was a bonus, but I appreciated how simple everyone made this process. Luke was very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make it a good experience for me. He even offered to go to my 2nd house to make a quick fix, since it was only a few miles away. I was worried that this could be a bad experience with unneeded repair and expense. Now I have a company I can trust for garage door issues for years to come. Thanks again for your help.

I feel like I have a new garage door it is so quiet when it goes up. I had bought a Groupon to have my garage door opener tuned up. My garage door opener wasn't closing the door all the way. Branden recommended a new opener as it is quite old but when I explained that I wouldn't be able to purchase one right now he worked hard to find the issue and replace the part and then lubricated it and had it running again and sounding like new. He never tried to pressure me into a new unit but worked hard to make mine last awhile longer until I can save up the money for a new one. I really appreciated that and will call Precision for the new one when I am ready. Branden is a class act and really knows garage door openers & a real professional. Thank you

Precision installed our garage door several years ago, and we have been impressed with how smoothly the door functions, as well as how appealing it is aesthetically. It has always been easy to make an appointment with a technician for an inspection or repair. Luke and Tim were efficient, professional and good natured. We were pleased that they were very thorough while inspecting the garage door, and made sure any questionable parts were repaired or replaced. We were happy and satisfied with our service and will call again anytime our garage door has any issues.

Luke arrived on time. He assessed the repair need and quickly found and corrected the problem. Then he did the maintenance checks. Plus he show me how to program the door opener into one of my cars that did not have or need a remote. Pleasant and informative the entire time. Thanks, Luke.

Ed showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He gave me options on how to repair/update my garage door and door opener. I asked him for written quotes and he was happy to do that. I appreciated his honesty.

Branden was courteous & very thorough and helped me decide on repair vs new (garage door opener). The installation of a new door opener was performed quickly, and I am very satisfied with the extreme quietness of the new unit, (belt drive) model # Precision PDS800. I would recommend this company for service calls without reservation.

Hi, Paul the estimator was well prepared and organized and provided a fair quote from the start. Billy the installer was on time, did a very nice job doing the install, cleaned up after himself, and left us a quiet and well functioning garage door system. We're very happy with the service from Precision. Thanks again. Mr. & Mrs. H

Came on time. Knowledgeable technician. Fixed the problem (broken spring) quickly and rectified an original installation issue. They used powder coated spring. They noticed the torsion spring bearing was failing and replaced that. Nice company but the nature of their work probably means repeat business is unlikely (they work themselves out of a job). Should I need a new garage door opener thought I would definitely go with them.
