Great Experience!! Same day service was a bonus, but I appreciated how simple everyone made this process. Luke was very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make it a good experience for me. He even offered to go to my 2nd house to make a quick fix, since it was only a few miles away. I was worried that this could be a bad experience with unneeded repair and expense. Now I have a company I can trust for garage door issues for years to come. Thanks again for your help.

I feel like I have a new garage door it is so quiet when it goes up. I had bought a Groupon to have my garage door opener tuned up. My garage door opener wasn't closing the door all the way. Branden recommended a new opener as it is quite old but when I explained that I wouldn't be able to purchase one right now he worked hard to find the issue and replace the part and then lubricated it and had it running again and sounding like new. He never tried to pressure me into a new unit but worked hard to make mine last awhile longer until I can save up the money for a new one. I really appreciated that and will call Precision for the new one when I am ready. Branden is a class act and really knows garage door openers & a real professional. Thank you

Precision installed our garage door several years ago, and we have been impressed with how smoothly the door functions, as well as how appealing it is aesthetically. It has always been easy to make an appointment with a technician for an inspection or repair. Luke and Tim were efficient, professional and good natured. We were pleased that they were very thorough while inspecting the garage door, and made sure any questionable parts were repaired or replaced. Came on time. Knowledgeable technician. Fixed the problem (broken spring) quickly and rectified an original installation issue. They used powder coated spring. They noticed the torsion spring bearing was failing and replaced that. Nice company but the nature of their work probably means repeat business is unlikely (they work themselves out of a job). Should I need a new garage door opener thought I would definitely go with them.

Very pleased with Precision, from the estimate to the install the whole process was extremely professional. I appreciated the conformation process for the estimate and install. The installer, Billy came on time and had every thing he needed to perform his job. He cleaned up after himself and hauled the old door and parts away. Branden was very good at explaining what was wrong with our old garage door opener as well as the service which was needed on the existing door.We replaced the opener and basically had the entire door rebuilt.After all the work was done we were amazed at just how smooth and quiet the new set up was. Hi, Just wanted to let you know that Luke did an excellent job. He called a little early saying he could meet me sooner if i able to. He was on time and when what was going on with the remotes, he listened carefully and knew exactly what i needed. He got straight to work, was professional, efficient and even gladly let my golden retriever lean on him for a "hello". To my surprise, when i opened up the garage door it was much more quiet then before. He must have done something a little extra without even saying so. This is awesome service. We had an accidental collision with the garage door and were in urgent need of some help. After failing to arrange a timely response from two door repair firms, I did a Google and found Precision. They had a technician (Jesse) here within hours and he was he was able to restore the door the same day. Very impressed! I was told by two other garage door companies that the space was not sufficient for a garage door opener. Luke showed up and not only fixed a broken spring the same day, but he worked out a plan using his resources (co-worker who stopped by at the end of his shift to look) to install a garage door opener as well. My wife and I are VERY happy with the install and Luke made this happen with his knowledge, team partnership and a smile the entire time.
