Very impressed! I was told by two other garage door companies that the space was not sufficient for a garage door opener. Luke showed up and not only fixed a broken spring the same day, but he worked out a plan using his resources (co-worker who stopped by at the end of his shift to look) to install a garage door opener as well. My wife and I are VERY happy with the install and Luke made this happen with his knowledge, team partnership and a smile the entire time. Aaron of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was great and gave me all my options on how to fix the problem with my garage door. I was very pleased with the service. Kevin showed up right at the scheduled time of 9 A.M. He did a thorough inspection of the door and told me what he thought should be done, gave me an estimate, and then replaced the broken springs, replaced the cables with a much sturdier set, realigned the door sensors, and moved the door strut up to the top of the garage door where it should have been placed when it was originally installed. Heck, he even set the time on my door opener wall control. He then gave me recommendations on yearly maintenance and asked if I had any final questions. Thanks very much for the prompt and speedy service.

Precision Door lived up to their advertising. The spring broke on our garage door one Sunday afternoon with our vehicle inside. There was no way to lift the door to get it out. I just assumed that no one would come out on a Sunday to fix it. However, when I got around to checking out door repair companies later that night, Precision's advertisement immediately caught my eye with its 24/7 service. I was just sorry I hadn't called them earlier in the day because by the time I finally looked them up, I was ready for bed myself. Before I ahut the lights out for the night though, I called their 24/7 dispatch and set up an appointment for the next day for noon. The next day I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from their repairman, Aaron, to tell me he would be at our house right on time at noon, and he was there at exactly that time. He was professional, courteous, and gave us an estimate of exactly what he recommended being done. Not only did he replace our spring, but we decided to have all worn parts fixed also. He was quick, accurate and again very professional in his service. In addition, all replaced parts have a lifetime warranty. He made sure also that we saw the parts he replaced and showed us where they were worn and on the way to possibly breaking. The parts were those of the original garage door, and they were not of the same quality as those that Precision replaced them with. We are convinced that the improved parts now operating our door will make it operational for many more years. I would definitely recommend Precision again to anyone needing garage door services and will call them again in future if I have any other problems. I don't think I'll have anymore repairs on the garage door in the near future, but I might someday need my opener serviced. I will definitely keep them in mind for that service too. So if you are looking for a quality garage door service, call Precision. You won't regret it.

A spring on our door broke last Friday. I explained to the lady answering my call that we had a bridal shower Saturday, and needed help as early as possible. When Kevin pulled up to our very old house in Sellwood I told him this job will be a nightmare. Our old garage had settled over the years and the garage door was broken and crooked. He fixed it temporarily but we both agreed we needed to install a new one! He was polite, knowledgeable, and fun. An overhead door spring broke Saturday afternoon on a heavy, 16x7, insulated metal door. I called several companies from Angie's List, but Precision was the only one that would fix the spring on Saturday. Based on Ed's inspection of the 20-yr old door, both springs, center bearings, all rollers, cables and cable drums were replaced. He re-aligned one of the rails and balanced the door, allowing the opener to operate with greater ease. Ed is professional, easy to talk with, who did a great job in less than 2 hours. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anybody.

The spring on our garage door had broken. We chose Precision due to positive reviews on Angie's List. When I called, I was elated to find out that a technician could be dispatched to my home within 30 mins. Wow! This was especially helpful since our vehicle was trapped in our garage! Kevin showed up with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. After looking over the situation, he recommended that additional parts on our garage door get replaced and updated. I'm always wary of "suggested repairs/improvements because of costs (this was a matter of spending about another $400.00), but Kevin put me at ease with his genuine & honest advice. We agreed to all of the repairs and our garage door is now working beautifully and ever so quietly! I have to give extra kudos to Kevin for NOT giving up on our garage door until it was operating to his satisfaction. We have an older door with some quirks; he got it operating as if it were brand new. We employed Precision Door Service to fix a broken spring on one of our garage doors. Undecided who to go to for a new opener and rail system. Went to the warehouse/show room in Tigard and talked to a young lady, Samantha, who showed me their products. Decided to give them a try. Sam and Matt replaced my opener system,adjusted the tension on the door, and other maintenance that was needed. I felt they were professional, honest, and did a great job. I won't hesitate to use them again.
