Great service. The spring on my door broke late on a Saturday night. I called Precision Door Service early Sunday morning and a technician was at m house by 10:00AM. The technician, Alex, was very knowledgable and helpful. He had new springs installed by 11:00AM. I recommend Precision Door Service to anyone in need of garage door repair.

Courteous service over the phone, a commitment followed through to show up by 8:00am the next day! A heads up phone call 20 minutes before scheduled arrival time to let me know a Precision employee (Victor)was on his way. Victor arrived at 8:00 am. I was given a couple of different options/quotes regarding repairs, treated with professionalism without pushy sales pitch. Garage door was repaired within 45 minutes! Excellent customer service - Thank you!

Paul showed up to give new door quote, and told us the door was in really good shape for its age, we appreciate his honesty, and not just trying to make a sale. We opted for new springs, Ed and Sam showed up the next day and gave us repair options with no sales pressure. Even though they had a tuff time getting the new springs on, they remained courteous and professional. When it comes time for a new door we will use Precision Door for sure. Thanks a lot guys.

I had a broken torque master system. Precision came within 24 hours to assess the damage. No repair option but recommended two options to replace: 1) Lifetime warranty $699 2) 3 year warranty $350. Victor was pleasant and did not get defensive at my astonishment at the repair bid prices. I went with the lower priced option which was obviously better in all physical characteristics than the original one it replaced. I'm pleased with what I got.

Fantastic work, on time, fast, and got everything working. The machines in the home are a little older, and it was explained to me the things to look for in regards to maintenance. Very thorough very clean, and both doors work great. Due to the skilled work, and honest advice in regards to repairs vs. replacement, I will only work with Precision Door Services.

Victor was incredible! He worked hard in a difficult situation where an automobile was unmovable and constantly in the way and he worked around it without complaint. This company is absolutely the best company I have ever dealt with. They are usually able to come within the hour. Their technicians are always professional and helpful. I was offered three options.
