Born and raised in Kansas City, Joe moved to the Pacific NW in 2015. They have enough on their hands at home with a son born January 2020 and an energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe always has the energy to lend a helping hand to customers. In their spare time, they enjoy listening to audio books about history and distant places and exploring the region they've grown to love so much.

Our garage door spring snapped on a Saturday afternoon. I called our home warranty company who referred me to a company that could not come out to fix it for a week! I don’t know why I didn’t call Precision from the get-go; we’ve used them before and have always been happy with their service. Joe was out the next day! Not only did he do the repair, but contacted his manager to research our account to find that we had gotten our springs through them years ago so the warranty covered it! We only had to pay for the service call, half of what a service call with our home warranty would have cost! Don’t even go anywhere else… these guys are the best!

From my first contact, everyone was professional, courteous and could not be more helpful. Our spring broke around 7pm on Friday night. We called around 7:30 am Saturday and Joe was at our house by 10:30am. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us 3 options and we ended up going with not only new springs but also a new opener as we had been talking about replacing ours since it was 18 years old. Joe helped get all the remotes and keyless pad programmed plus showed me how to control it from my phone. He did a great job, was quick, thorough and efficient. We would absolutely recommend Precision and Joe.

Found Precision Door Service by searching online for garage door spring replacement services. Chatted with Cameron, then called to make an appointment. Service Tech called to verify details to me (a DIY guy). Joe called 30 minutes before he came to work on the door. He is friendly and explained each step, what was needed, what might be needed, and the price of each. He was in and out in an hour. The door works perfectly. All this was done in less than 36 hours. Nice to find good service with a smile and at a reasonable price.

These guys were great! I needed a repair job on my house's older model automatic garage door, and wanted to get a tune-up on it too. This was a super professional experience the whole way through. Operator was really polite and got me scheduled for later same day. Joe I. was my service tech and he showed up exactly when he said he would, called to let me know he was on his way. He listened to me and looked at the problem area, presented me with 3 different types of tune-up that he could do and how much they would cost. Told me how long it would probably take and he got the work done within that time. Very nice guy, conscientious with mask-wearing and distancing, etc. I've got their card stapled to wall of my garage now. Will totally call them again if I ever need anymore help with my garage door/opener.

Awesome company! We were having garage door issues for a few days now and our neighbor mentioned that he was having Precision Door come out that afternoon for their garage door so I called to see if they could check our problem when they were done. Joe and Marcus came over and Joe fixed our problem and even did a few extra things like spraying the hinges and straightening one of the metal sides. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, very nice and enjoyable to work with. We also received suggestions regarding maintenance of our garage door.
