First time I have used Precision Door, and I am very satisfied. I called late Friday afternoon for help and their technician, Joe, arrived Saturday morning. Joe is terrific. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, took time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. Also offered tips on how to maintain the door moving forward. I highly recommend Joe, and would use Precision Door in the future without reservation.

We have seen Precision commercials on the TV several times, so it was a no brainer to call when our spring broke. Needless to say, I was discouraged when the technician quoted me new prices. However, with the warranty that came with the package we chose, we knew he made the right choice in doing so. Thank you

Prompt and courteous service from the office staff and Joe, our friendly service representative. Joe called ahead and arrived promptly, gave us an honest assessment of the condition of our garage door and opener (both good and only needed minor adjustments and servicing). We felt well treated and will continue to call Precision for our garage door maintenance.

I called and asked for an estimate for a new belt driven opener system. They arrived a few hours later. Our technician, Joe Igla was professional, had all the gear necessary in the van, and less than 2 hours later, the system worked to perfection. He was a great technician and obviously a well trained expert. He answered all my questions, was pleasant and ensured that everything woke flawlessly.! Thanks Joe

Joe was awesome! The window for him to be at my house was from 8-10am. He called me at 7:40am to say he was on his way. He got here right at 8:00am! My garage door stopped working on Thursday and he was here Saturday! Joe knew immediately what the problem was and fixed the faulty sensor wires on the spot! He was done by 8:25am. Very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be using this company in the future! Thanks again Joe!!!!!!!

Amazing service from beginning to end. The team called me right away after I submitted a service request and were able to arrange to have one of their technicians come out over a weekend. Joe was professional and super helpful and quickly fixed our garage door and installed a new keypad after providing me with a range of options. It’s heartening knowing there are still companies out there like Precision with truly excellent customer service.
