Born and raised in Kansas City, Joe moved to the Pacific NW in 2015 to be closer to his wife’s family. He and his wife have enough on their hands at home with a baby born in January of 2020 and an excessively energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe is always willing to lend a helping hand to his customers. In his spare time he enjoys listening to audiobooks about history and travel and exploring this region he's grown to love so much.

Joe was great he called half an hour before he got here to make sure I was ready for him. When he got here he gave me three options to choose from. I picked the option I wanted and he was done with the work within an hour. Joe was easy to talk to you very personable, and wasn’t bothered by my dog Stella jumping on him. Joe was great.

Excellent work by Joe. He is professional, a good teacher and comes masked and even early which was appreciated. Very pleasant. We have had no trouble with the garage door installed 5 years ago by the company. Neighbor's referral to the company. Happy to see all the good ratings BBB etc on the ads. Highly recommend. This was a call for a check up only, no option to select that.

Joe, the service technician was very nice and helpful in his service. He was able to tell us right up front what was wrong and how much it would cost. He replaced some rollers and bearings on our garage door. We had a quick turnaround time for the repair, just a Precision’s ad stated. Garage door decided to break late last evening, called Precision Door Service around 10AM - quickly set up an appointment for early afternoon. Joe I the technician called advised me that he was enroute. Showed up a short time later and got to work - Joe had it back up in less than an hour and the repair is better than the original installation. Really first rate service and work - highly recommend

Needed new garage door openers for both doors. Joe inspected the doors prior to installing them and recommended some repairs to the doors. Joe completed the repairs, installed both openers and cleaned up the worksite in a few hours. He set the codes for the keypads, helped me sync the Homelink device in my car, and ensured I knew how to operate them all. Great work.
