Born and raised in Kansas City, Joe moved to the Pacific NW in 2015. They have enough on their hands at home with a son born January 2020 and an energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe always has the energy to lend a helping hand to customers. In their spare time, they enjoy listening to audio books about history and distant places and exploring the region they've grown to love so much.

These guys were great! I needed a repair job on my house's older model automatic garage door, and wanted to get a tune-up on it too. This was a super professional experience the whole way through. Operator was really polite and got me scheduled for later same day. Joe I. was my service tech and he showed up exactly when he said he would, called to let me know he was on his way. He listened to me and looked at the problem area, presented me with 3 different types of tune-up that he could do and how much they would cost. Told me how long it would probably take and he got the work done within that time. Very nice guy, conscientious with mask-wearing and distancing, etc. I've got their card stapled to wall of my garage now. Will totally call them again if I ever need anymore help with my garage door/opener.

I was very impressed with the amazing customer service that Precision provided me. From my phone call to request someone to come out and all the way to the repair of my garage doors, I am so happy with how my experience was. Joe Igla was so helpful and took the time to explain different options for my garage doors. He was very professional and not to mention he was able to complete the job on the spot! He also took the time to walk me through the repairs he completed and how to operate the door opener, thank you! I will be recommending Precision Garage Door Service to my neighbors and friends. Awesome company! We were having garage door issues for a few days now and our neighbor mentioned that he was having Precision Door come out that afternoon for their garage door so I called to see if they could check our problem when they were done. Joe and Marcus came over and Joe fixed our problem and even did a few extra things like spraying the hinges and straightening one of the metal sides. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, very nice and enjoyable to work with. We also received suggestions regarding maintenance of our garage door. Very impressed with the service we received from them and HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone.

Joe was great he called half an hour before he got here to make sure I was ready for him. When he got here he gave me three options to choose from. I picked the option I wanted and he was done with the work within an hour. Joe was easy to talk to you very personable, and wasn’t bothered by my dog Stella jumping on him. Joe was great.

Garage door decided to break late last evening, called Precision Door Service around 10AM - quickly set up an appointment for early afternoon. Joe I the technician called advised me that he was enroute. Showed up a short time later and got to work - Joe had it back up in less than an hour and the repair is better than the original installation. Really first rate service and work - highly recommend
