We came home to find out door did not close. Upon inspection we noticed loose cables. A quick Google search and scanning reviews proved to us that Precision Garage Door Service was the right company to call. Joe arrived three hours BEFORE our expected service arrival estimate. It took him about two minutes to diagnose the issue and was gone within an hour and a half. The door is now operates quieter and smoother. Joe also noticed a similar issue on our other door and provided a quote in case we decide to fix it. If call Precision any time there I'd a garage door issue and have informed our neighbors about the issue and who to call. I get the feeling Joe will get to know most of our neighbors soon. Thanks for helping us!

Saw Tv ads. Was impressed by professional and large enough company that will be there. Call at 8 am when I discovered the main door opener no longer worked. Joe was here by 10 am and we had two new openers plus other fixes complete by 2 pm. Very efficient.

Joe our installer replaced our opener and was friendly knowledgeable and taught us all we needed to know with our new opener. Next time we have any garage door situation I will be specifically asking for Joe thank you precision excellent job came on a Saturday holiday weekend.
