Born and raised in Kansas City, Joe moved to the Pacific NW in 2015. They have enough on their hands at home with a son born January 2020 and an energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe always has the energy to lend a helping hand to customers. In their spare time, they enjoy listening to audio books about history and distant places and exploring the region they've grown to love so much.

Garage door decided to break late last evening, called Precision Door Service around 10AM - quickly set up an appointment for early afternoon. Joe I the technician called advised me that he was enroute. Showed up a short time later and got to work - Joe had it back up in less than an hour and the repair is better than the original installation. Really first rate service and work - highly recommend

Needed new garage door openers for both doors. Joe inspected the doors prior to installing them and recommended some repairs to the doors. Joe completed the repairs, installed both openers and cleaned up the worksite in a few hours. He set the codes for the keypads, helped me sync the Homelink device in my car, and ensured I knew how to operate them all. Great work.

I called early today to make appt and was surprised that they could come the same day. Then I got another call there was an opening now. Joe came out, very nice young man. Did an inspection and lube and showed me how to lift the door manually if we needed to. Very professional folks and I would highly recommend

Discovered one spring was broken on our garage door. Called precision door on 12/28 and they sent a technician, Joe, out on 12/29. Our appointment window was from 12 to 2:00. Joe was able to arrive at 11:45 after calling us with a 30 minute window. He replaced the spring and was cleaned up and leaving by 12:15pm. He was very courteous and took the time to check our past history with the company to discover our springs were still covered under their warranty. We were pleased to only have to pay the service fee and to have our garage door back in working order so quickly.

The tech said a credit card was easier, and said he would email me a receipt, but I have not received it. He did a repair, installed a key pad and surge suppressor.
