Born and raised in Kansas City, Joe moved to the Pacific NW in 2015 to be closer to his wife’s family. He and his wife have enough on their hands at home with a baby born in January of 2020 and an excessively energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe is always willing to lend a helping hand to his customers. In his spare time he enjoys listening to audiobooks about history and travel and exploring this region he's grown to love so much.

The Gentleman that came was very nice but I was charge $250 for 35 minutes worth of work. He replace 2 cables and tightened up the Springs. I recommend shopping around because their prices are outrageous.

Joe showed up exactly when he said he would. I described the problem to him. Within minutes we had a remedy, and the problem was quickly fixed. He also did a quick inspection of the garage door system, and made some recommendations that gave me options. It was quick, relatively inexpensive, and excellent service. Great Service. Joe is an all star. He presented three options and we discussed pros and cons and made a decision based upon costs and needs. Joe had all the parts to make the repairs and he did the repairs within the hour and also upgraded the safety requirements for the the other garage door.
