Born and raised in Kansas City, Joe moved to the Pacific NW in 2015. They have enough on their hands at home with a son born January 2020 and an energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe always has the energy to lend a helping hand to customers. In their spare time, they enjoy listening to audio books about history and distant places and exploring the region they've grown to love so much.

Great Service. Joe is an all star. He presented three options and we discussed pros and cons and made a decision based upon costs and needs. Joe had all the parts to make the repairs and he did the repairs within the hour and also upgraded the safety requirements for the the other garage door. Cost was fair and the quality of the new door spring application was a big upgrade. Thanks

I was so pleased that Precision was able to send a tech out the same day, as my garage door chain sprocket was broken and springs worn. I was not able to open it manually. Joe came out at the time expected, explained and gave me options for repair or replacement. He was very professional and personable. It made for a pleasant experience when so many times home repairs are a pain. And I love my new, nearly silent garage door opener! Thank you!

I would like to thank Joe for giving us a quote on a new door, opener, and keypad. Our old garage door was approx. 20 years old and had seen better days. We went with a door with windows and it looks so nice plus I really like the natural light coming in!Joe was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would also like to thank CJ for his work in installing the new door, opener and keypad. He did a great job! We love our new door and opener. It's so quiet compared to the old door! Love the fact that we can download an app that will allow us to open and close the garage door from anywhere.

I want to thank Joe Igla for his excellent customer service! He was here fast and on time. He was very professional yet personable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed and gave me three options so I could choose what would fit my financial capabilities. When he needed to add parts for an unforeseen problem, he spoke with me first and explained why. For someone who was working on a holiday, he had the best attitude! Cheerful, courteous, honest and kind! I only wish there were more young people out there with his attitude and work ethic-how refreshing! Ugh. Friday night and my garage door fails, with one car in, the other out. Seems as though the spring broke and, of course, the door is too heavy to lift manually. Called Precision Saturday morning, and not only can they be there in 2 hours but within another couple of hours, Joe has repaired the door, replaced the springs and upgraded my old, beater door opener. Precision Garage Door Service earned my 5 star rating by the way they handled the appointment and the actual service. Jesse took my call for an appointment and promptly made an appointment for the next day with the explanation that the diagnostic charge would be $49 and any service needed would be additional--very straight forward! Joe made the service call and notified me of his findings. He was very clear answering my questions and explaining how the sensors operate with the moter and the remote. After the repair I received another call confirming that everything was in working order. Very professional! Thank you!

Excellent service! The spring broke on my aging garage door and Precision was here within 2 hours to repair it. The condition of the old door was noted and I was quoted a reasonable price to replace it. The door is all new now and works better than ever. Thank you.
