Awesome company! We were having garage door issues for a few days now and our neighbor mentioned that he was having Precision Door come out that afternoon for their garage door so I called to see if they could check our problem when they were done. Joe and Marcus came over and Joe fixed our problem and even did a few extra things like spraying the hinges and straightening one of the metal sides. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, very nice and enjoyable to work with. We also received suggestions regarding maintenance of our garage door. Very impressed with the service we received from them and HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone.

Joe was great he called half an hour before he got here to make sure I was ready for him. When he got here he gave me three options to choose from. I picked the option I wanted and he was done with the work within an hour. Joe was easy to talk to you very personable, and wasn’t bothered by my dog Stella jumping on him. Joe was great.

Excellent work by Joe. He is professional, a good teacher and comes masked and even early which was appreciated. Very pleasant. We have had no trouble with the garage door installed 5 years ago by the company. Neighbor's referral to the company. Happy to see all the good ratings BBB etc on the ads. Highly recommend. This was a call for a check up only, no option to select that.

Joe, the service technician was very nice and helpful in his service. He was able to tell us right up front what was wrong and how much it would cost. He replaced some rollers and bearings on our garage door. We had a quick turnaround time for the repair, just a Precision’s ad stated. I would definitely contact them again should I need their type of service in the future.

Referred to me by my son, after he was so pleased with their service. Joe & Dave let me know when they would be arriving. We talked about options & they were able to explain & answer my questions. Once decided they got right to work & they were fun, pleasant and full of knowledge! They tidied up after themselves. I am so happy with the new openers & upgrade that are now available to me. Great ‘kids’ working for Percision! Would recommend them. ????
