Born and raised in Kansas City, Joe moved to the Pacific NW in 2015. They have enough on their hands at home with a son born January 2020 and an energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe always has the energy to lend a helping hand to customers. In their spare time, they enjoy listening to audio books about history and distant places and exploring the region they've grown to love so much.

Ugh. Friday night and my garage door fails, with one car in, the other out. Seems as though the spring broke and, of course, the door is too heavy to lift manually. Called Precision Saturday morning, and not only can they be there in 2 hours but within another couple of hours, Joe has repaired the door, replaced the springs and upgraded my old, beater door opener. Precision's warranty treated us well....Thanks!

Precision Garage Door Service earned my 5 star rating by the way they handled the appointment and the actual service. Jesse took my call for an appointment and promptly made an appointment for the next day with the explanation that the diagnostic charge would be $49 and any service needed would be additional--very straight forward! Joe made the service call and notified me of his findings. He was very clear answering my questions and explaining how the sensors operate with the moter and the remote. After the repair I received another call confirming that everything was in working order. Very professional! Thank you!

the technician that came out was extremely helpful and had our problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He also advised us of a situation that would eventually become a problem and we asked him if he could take care of that while he was on site. (saving us a future house call) .
