Discovered one spring was broken on our garage door. Called precision door on 12/28 and they sent a technician, Joe, out on 12/29. Our appointment window was from 12 to 2:00. Joe was able to arrive at 11:45 after calling us with a 30 minute window. He replaced the spring and was cleaned up and leaving by 12:15pm. He was very courteous and took the time to check our past history with the company to discover our springs were still covered under their warranty. We were pleased to only have to pay the service fee and to have our garage door back in working order so quickly.

The tech said a credit card was easier, and said he would email me a receipt, but I have not received it. He did a repair, installed a key pad and surge suppressor. My old door was acting finicky and I was able to get a same day appt. Joe quickly found the problem and took care of it. Since he was here, I asked about replacement cost for my door which has to conform to HOA standards. He was able to do that quickly and an insulated and more durable v of the same door is now in their database for replacement early next year. I went ahead and replaced the garage opener as their prices are competitive with the big box stores [I'd already done my homework] and Joe did the install quickly and cleanly, including setting up my new code on the keypad and giving me a tutorial on everything. VERY pleased with responsiveness, professionalism and competitive pricing.

The Gentleman that came was very nice but I was charge $250 for 35 minutes worth of work. He replace 2 cables and tightened up the Springs. I recommend shopping around because their prices are outrageous.
