Born and raised in Kansas City, Joe moved to the Pacific NW in 2015 to be closer to his wife’s family. He and his wife have enough on their hands at home with a baby born in January of 2020 and an excessively energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe is always willing to lend a helping hand to his customers. In his spare time he enjoys listening to audiobooks about history and travel and exploring this region he's grown to love so much.

Our garage door motor quit working. We contacted Precision Door in the morning and they were able to come out the same day to replace it. The technician was very friendly and had everything he needed on-site to get the job done quickly! Very highly recommended!

After the initial search for Garage Door Spring replacement led me to Precision, everything was very easy. I had an idea of how much it would cost and a technician appointment for the next day completed in less than 15 minutes. Serviceman called ahead the next day and arrived as promised. Analysis suggested several options for service and after selecting an option, the repairs were completed quickly and very courteously. Thanks for the good service

We had a garage door spring break on a late Friday night, and I called on Saturday morning to make an appointment to get it fixed. I wasn't expecting to get the spring fixed until the following week, but your customer service said no problem, we can get someone out there today. Joe arrived about a half an hour ahead of schedule. In addition to having the garage door springs replaced, we had Joe just do a complete service on both our large garage door and our smaller third bay door (replace rollers and bearings). Amazing what that did; the doors are super quite. No squeaking! Our neighbor found out we were having service done on our doors, and asked if Joe had time to look at their door (it wasn't closing properly). Joe made a quick phone call and was able to fit them into his schedule at the same time, and got their door fixed. Awesome company; I would highly recommend them!

I called for a re-inspection on the repairs that were done on my garage door. The initial repairman stated that the door was not sealing totally, however, it would seat itself after a short period. I was still having the same issue after 3 weeks time with the door gasket not sealing correctly. I called and they scheduled a service the same week. The tech arrived on time and was able to rectify the issue within just a few minutes to my satisfaction.

We had had some service for our garage door in April 2018. But, we had to wait until the next day from when we called to get the service. But, with Precision, Joseph Igla came in 25 minutes from our call. A friend had recommended Precision based on her experience with their garage door needs. And, he sized up the problem, and fixed the attachment to the wall. But then, he looked at the 12 rollers along the sides of the garaged, saw that some of them were broken. So he replaced them all, and now they run smoothly and quietly. GREAT JOB, JOSEPH!!! And, good quality service, Precision!!! We're impressed, and grateful that we have finally found you.

5 star- Service on time, Tech. (Joe) VERY competent and professional. If more service needed we will contact you. PS: Only one spring replaced with new cable system for one door, the other door only needed a few seconds to repair the origional problem (no equipment required-adjusted electric eye).

I had Precision replace broken springs and motor three years ago, and I called to ask for a check of a noisy door and intermittent failure of the openers. Joe arrived just when he said he would, and he quickly found that our problems were caused by a couple of my DUH lapses: blocked sensor lights, and dry hinges. He quickly fixed those, and he showed me what I needed to do to prevent them from recurring. Very friendly, helpful, and professional service.

Great repair work...as usual. Joe came on time to replace our double door bottom rubber seal. He not only replaced the seal in a timely manner, but checked our other door seal, lubricated all of the hinges and springs and adjusted the closing settings.
