They have enough on their hands at home with a son born January 2020 and an energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe always has the energy to lend a helping hand to customers. 5 star- Service on time, Tech. (Joe) VERY competent and professional. If more service needed we will contact you. PS: Only one spring replaced with new cable system for one door, the other door only needed a few seconds to repair the origional problem (no equipment required-adjusted electric eye).

I had Precision replace broken springs and motor three years ago, and I called to ask for a check of a noisy door and intermittent failure of the openers. Joe arrived just when he said he would, and he quickly found that our problems were caused by a couple of my DUH lapses: blocked sensor lights, and dry hinges. He quickly fixed those, and he showed me what I needed to do to prevent them from recurring. Very friendly, helpful, and professional service.

I so appreciate working with Precision Door! Recently had lift system replaced. Had issues this week... out to service on time, no charge! Joe is professional, customer friendly! Makes the time to explain issues and options. Ended up replacing some parts to avoid future issues (door is over 20 years old). Joe worked quickly, cleaned up after himself. On a satsfaction scale of 1 to 5... i rate them a 10!

Unexpectedly trapped in my garage on the weekend due to broken spring. Thank goodness Precision was able to get to it same day on a Saturday. Scheduling and time updates were very helpful, great system. The service tech Joe was very professional, gave me detailed options for other worn parts, and got the job done efficiently.
